She studied business administration at the South Bend, Indiana campus and told me in an interview that she still would have gone to Notre Dame if she had known these things, but she would have been better prepared for it.

    Overall, among ND alumni, there is general agreement (and lament) that the student body is preppier than it ever was. This could be partly due to the inevitable intrusion of American pop culture and its shallow preoccupations.
