I lived in Brooklyn Heights right on the promenade for a couple years in the 90s and loved it. Other than the BQE traffic noise below my window, it was, and still is, a really peaceful and beautiful neighborhood.
Hi @victor03000 ! That's a great question. Cobble Hill is an established neighborhood and certainly highly in demand. Clinton Hill is up and coming, and certainly much lower than those neighborhoods closer to Downtown Brooklyn, such as Fort Greene. 😊
This really is not about the best areas in brooklyn, only the stuckup yuppy puppy parts. Williamburg is now over priced and still high crime. I wont tell anyone about the real best parts, with lower rents and few bs people. Check out seagate.
