- Filmmakers have accepted how important ND Filters are. Too few of us know about the value of an added CPL Filter. The Neewer Variable ND & CPL combines both aspects and gives us full control over the images we want to capture.

Thank you for this - super helpful and entertaining!
Glad you liked it!
Very well done video!
Thank you Bailey! Hope it was insightful!
is this filter double threaded? I wish to purchase a promise too but have heard that this lens should be on last? If that is the case, how do I know the correct measurements? For example, my thread for my lens is 58mm. It is a kit lens but the only lens I own. I plan to get a 58mm promist filter or glimmer glass and then I assume I would get a 58mm thread for this filter. Do these measurements change as I stack? and is sticking with 58mm as my threadsize a good idea for future investment in lenses and usages with filters?
Hey friend. Yes, the filter appears to be threaded in the front. I stack mine with a pro mist as well. I'd recommend putting on the pro mist first though and then the Neewer 2 in 1 since the measurements do indeed change and getting a smaller pro mist filter will safe you some money.
Read the product description carefully to find out about the new measurements. For example a filter for lenses with 67mm diameter has a front size of 72mm. This is unproblematic but you'll need to purchase a 72mm lens cap for it to hold. Hope this was helpful. ✌️
Awesome video ! I’m between this one and the K&F Concept Nano-X ND2-32 + CPL, did you casually compared them ?
Thank you! I didn't get any hands on time with the K&F filter but I decided to go with the one from Neewer since it has more coatings and I prefer the physical design quite a bit more.
What I can tell you is that I've been using regular ND filters from K&F concept for years and I can't make out a significant difference now that I've switched to Neewer. The additional CPL function obviously makes a large difference but strictly talking about basic image quality between the two brands, there's no need to split hairs here.
If you're interested, you can find a shop link in the description box. Supports the channel at no additional cost to you 🙌
if i just need cpl or vnd cant separate it right?
The filter can't be separated but if you only need either CPL or VND, those can be bought separately.
Very good video but please stop using this type of voice, it’s disturbing and in your past videos wasn’t like that
Thanks for the input. I unfortunately have to disappoint you since this is the way my voice sounds 🤷♂️
Nah bro the voice was awesome 😂
