This was incredibly helpful; I knew about the "Synchronization" feature but where I was getting caught up was the clips not being on different tracks. A bit tedious but absolutely worth it!! Thank you!
Great! This was exactly the video I needed
Well, I've been syncing by hand (I mean ear) for years cuz' I didn't know there is such a feature in premiere. Just yesterday I've come up with an idea to fasten my workflow to put on SOLO the main track and the track I want to sync, the first on left band and the other to the right. This fastened my workflow by 10x at least. Now I am mind blown that the whole process could be executed with 1 single click.
Well.... we always learn something new.
Wow - this simple tip was a lifesaver. Wish it didnt take me 12 different YT tutorials to find yours! A+++
No worries!
wonderful tip, and seriously, it's amazing how we have like 10 different paid 3rd party plugins that can do the job perfectly, and adobe still don't have a native solution for this issue
This is insanity
haha
Clear breakdown of the process, thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks James Pearce, amazing tutorial!
Thanks!
Hello James, thx for the tutorial it was helpful
By the way, could you tell me what software u use for ure screen recording ? I mean for that smooth mouse movement ?
Hey! It’s called screen studio :)
@@PearceWeddingPhotography thanks !!
Thank you James!
No worries
How to I import 1000 shots into different tracks at once? so I can sync afterwards
It's wonderful thank you..
No worries!
This is insane that we have to do something like this. What happens if you have a huge shoot with lots of dialogue and cameras?
i guess an app like plural eyes would sort it...or create a multicam sequence
I have an issue with syncing three video clips with audio. I think the main issue is that my two cameras shot a hour interview with 4096x2160 24fps in .mov whereas a friend shot 3840x2160 59.94fps in .mp4. Will your sync method get me to the point I can then use multi camera editing?
I'm using footage from 2 different cameras, several clips each and syncing it to an external audio from a mic and it works.
"how to sync multiple clips by slowly placing each audio/video track to individual tracks like we are trying to avoid"
I think you meant to type this into the search bar
This becomes untenable when you are talking hundreds of clips, this is useful but crazy how this is what Adobe requires us to do without 3rd party or other software.
