- Murphy की आवाज ज्यादा है , इसमें germeniim transistors लगे हैं। Philips की आवाज साफ़ ज्यादा है और battery कम खाता है, philips के अंदर IC लगी होती हैं ...Murphy में fine tuning और tone control भी हैं

Agar ek radio choose krna pade to main Murphy ko prefer karunga...coz isle fine tuning and tone control.hai and it's a little bit rare than Philips and also was a deluxe model of Murphy of that time...Philips ka radio kafi time tuk shops or canteen me milta tha or repair ho jata hai...pr Murphy kharab hua to repair nai hoga asani se...
Philips ke radios me fine tune knob nahin tha? Lagta hai apne 1970s ke Commander, Philetta , Valiant ya Speaker model dekhe nahin. Ya phir 1980s ke transistor models Skipper FM aur Commander dekhenain

Sir aap ak kam kar sakte hai ,aap ke pas jo philips radio hia uske 2 capacitor change kar ke dekhe 1. 4.7uf 50 v isko badal kar 1uf 50v lagaiye or 2.10uf 50v hai to isko badal kar 47uf 50v lagaiye . (afterTuning)sound quality improve hoga.

Murphy is transistor but philips is ic circuit so murphy is beter then philips.
@@hpkisku5510 yes Murphy sounds better' but noise level is low in Philips and it make it clearer than Murphy
@@RadiotreehutNoise level is higher in IC model of Philips Philettina 1988-89 than transistor model of Philettina of 1983. But the Murphy model shown is already older and must have problems, so the background noise is high, though performance better.
@@pradeepkumarpanda7626 I have been through many Philips philettina model and noise level.. particularly inbetween station noise found very low... sometime I have to check if Philips radio is on or not as noise inbetween stations is kind of muted..
@@Radiotreehut Background noise is always low in AM in transistor radios of any brand and any model than IC sets of the same. It is not confined to Philettina alone. Yes, most of the time when the weather is fine, it is difficult to know if the set is open or closed if on a blank area in case of transistor radios including Murphy. But the Murphy you have used here is very old, so some background thermal noise, higher than the background noise of IC-Philettina. But if you compare the IC radio of the same brand with the transistor set of the same brand you can find the difference.
Yes you are quite right..but I sometimes find differences in radios of the same brand and model...some radios are better tuned and untouched but and some may have had the reckless screwdriver therapy of if cans from local technician
Yeh comparision unfair hai. 70 dasak ke jtada function wale Murphy transistor radio ke saath 1989-90 ke ek 2-band IC Philips ke low end radio ki comparison thik nahin.
Philettina ka IC radio Philips doosre IC radio se achha tha. Murhphy Monarch ka comparision Philips ke us time ka ek transistor set jaisa Philletta ya Commander se karna tha.
