Town of Salem 2 has different factions in it.

I miss Jailor's unique deathnote with the stuff like the "They are not responding to questioning" and "They are possessed and talking nonsense." Would've been useful this game lol

The burnout is real. You can almost feel the contempt for this game in Pipe's voice.

It's hard because the better players have gone to BToS but because Pipe is in Australia there's never enough people on. So he's stuck with lobbies like these, and we only see the best ones!

Townies trying not to act stupid in jail challenge: impossible
In the target of his rant's defense, going on d1 tpow claim isn't the play most games. Even pipe doesn't do it when there is a d1 claim.
@@nono5564 it's different. When it's tpow and he is not crusader, he goes. He cant go on tpow claim asking for TPLO when he is crus otherwise he has a big chance of killing town.
@@CarlosThadeu Alot of TPs don't go on d1 tpow claims, including pipe, for the aforementioned reasons. I am less trusting of d1 tpow claims, because they are normally evil.
It's easy to say that it was a bad play when you don't get their train of thought while when Pipe does it, we get his train of thought and it makes sense. It was a bad d2 execute.

The pirate died to ww and bers, in order for that to happen without the bers dying, the pirate would have had to go on the ww's target. Since no one else died to ww, the ww stayed home

I liked how 8 still tried to justify you "being fake" with 3 dead coven in the grave and the last coven known to be wildling. Like illusionist can not be part of the role list that late in the game.
I mean, trapper could have been fake and there is no wildling (unless there was something else proving a wildling that I missed, was watching in the background) but there's very obviously a jailor in the game, and no claimspace left.

@@adamperdue3178 Also look at the chat from the 5:30 mark, it will be very clear that 2 coven members visited the same person / 11 (who was coven) decided they would out right say they visited the person the trap was on, which was also the same person the wildling (who was 8) went on.
I think they also didn't really know how illusionist works. Even after the game ended they were still claiming that illu could have faked the jailor kills somehow.

I think he was implying that Pipe was enchanter (not illu) and killed the real jailor to steal his claim the same night ww was exed. Possible but really far-fetched.

Lowkey Pipe is the only reason why TOS2 even has a playerbase imo
unfortunately the playerbase is actively deteriorating. Every time I play I think it can't get worse than the last time, and am proven wrong. Active and open gamethrowing, reghunting, people who can't or refuse to read, people who have the deductive capacity of a lemon, extremely obvious party games where people will openly throw a game to get their friend on an opposing faction the win, and most of the time these people don't even get banned.
I completely understand his train of thought, twice i've Jailed N2 claimed Mayor to the Jailor and been executed twice in 2 separate games, i was real in both games.
Some people don't understand this game.

2 and 8 both voted Pipe during vfa, 2/8/11 all voted guilty on 14 then when 11 was getting upped 2/8 didn’t vote him and when he was on trial they both abstained. 11 was cov (witch) and 2 was cov (enchanter) so that leaves me to assume that 8 is last cov. My thought process while watching, I really enjoy Pipe’s vids lol, glad I was right about 8

It's the summer. Gaming during this time is always miserable because every 12yr old is on all the time now.
I do think playing Jailor like this is pretty clever! You're playing like a vigi who gives their target a chance to prove themselves before pulling the trigger. Shifting the role to be more TK than TI because that information often can't be trusted.
Pipe is slowly becoming shadowbeatz with how he is clearly done with the stupidity of the players in this game lol

No need to apologize Pipe. Everyone get's angry cause of the idiots & game throwers in this game from time to time. I can't count the number of times legit townies have called me an idiot cause they though I was fake claiming & would tell me to "Cry more about it". They all looked like the idiots themselves when they realized I was a legit townie & they f'd up. I've actually cut down on how much I play TOS 2 just cause I keep getting called an idiot and told to "Cry more about it" when I get voted up as a legit townie by legit townies. It's never the evils that vote me up, it's always the townies just being stupid & 80% of the games where I get voted up/hung by legit idiot townies town looses those game.
The question that runs though my head every time it happens is "Why do these people even bother playing this game when they get town if all they are gonna do is legit game throw?"

nope, illu can only make cov appear inno and no blood. enchanter can change the role of someone who was killed, but unless they were killed by cov it's pretty hard to guess it. a ton of people just lie about mechanics to get votes off of them, which leads to just having worse players bc they don't know how the game works.

Pipe has the same experience with the game as I do, and it feels great to no longer feel alone in Town of Fools 2.
Like everyone’s saying burnouts real, so you could either take a break or maybe try a new mode? You have the fan base to get people to queue for any list or anything you want, whether that’s vanilla, modded, or wtv. I think you should take it into account, you’ve been streaming All Any since TOS 1 FOREVER, so you should expect burnout
if I ever play this game, I won’t play all any. Even though I have experience from a game called bloxston mystery on Roblox which has things like covens, mafia, townies, and neutrals. Where there’s ti, tp, ts, and tk.
Bloxston mystery is literally just tos with some changes like no deputy, no mayor. (Mayor is replaced by executive.) and you got things like veteran, bodyguard, and trapper. It’s heavily inspired by tos.
"heavily inspired" it's a direct copy of tos1
AA is the only played vanilla mode in TOS2 unless you want to wait for like 30 minutes for a lobby fill up sadly

By my calculations he spent at least 5 hours playing the game for content creation purposes! (In an earlier video he mentioned the time of recording was around 7:30, so he starts playing at maybe 7:00. Assuming editing takes 1 hour and him having a 15 minute lunch break, with this video being uploaded at 3:06 in the afternoon (his timezone), that means he must've spent 4 hours 45 minutes playing.)

Imo Tos1 town was just strong, TI, TK etc. you were just better claiming town even in all any, thus raising the quality of claims and play? Still love the pipe content tho, love rewatching ToS1
I'll never understand people who are Town and only say their alignment still when jailed. Like your with a confirmed townie. There is actual zero reason to hide your role still. Just saying your alignment makes you seem like an evil.

TOS 2 has had a sharp decrease in critical thinking these days. I'm not sure it was ever this bad in TOS 1. Can't imagine why this is happening outside a recent influx of F2P people generally having a don't care attitude.

Had a game recently where I got coroner in AA, of course I claim Tpow to maybe bait conj or something. then I find CK, WW, and town hangs me after that

5:40, so 7 was pirated and wasn't killed by ww Rampage. Both ww and bers killed pirate bers has basic defense, which is equal to ww attack can be bers as rbd by pirate making tp saving themselves impossible there. So he just claimed immune.
You’re wrong about ww, it has powerful attack and basic defense like bers. Bers directly attacked pirate and pirate went for ww which forced ww to rampage home, it’s how pirate was killed by 2 rampaging roles without collateral

Only a 6 town game and vigi shot one effectively making it a 4v9 [edit: not vigi's fault] so turns out Pipe's way of playing jailor does indeed work.. So the tone was justified.
And the Coroner that was blasted by a Vigi did not claim and also did not speak from the entire match. Technically he did claim, but does not post info as a TI, being very passive and not supportive to Town.
How is it the Vigi's fault anyways? They're acting more sus than Evils themselves.

Hello I have been watching for awhile.but finally got tos2, I wanted to tell you my first game story 😅 I joined and was exe my first target died to sk and he was jester, I went for the most sus person as my next target and got him uped right away and hanged, he was also a jest. I got an easy win my first game.

I had once marshall that voted 4/4 townies. There were like 3 nonclaimer, but no.

None of 3 covens were hanged this game (including 2 nonclaimers)... It's frustraiting to play and easy to burnout. Something need to be changed about AA...
It's not really the gamemode at fault. It's people who don't know how to play.

If your feeling burnout you could try playing Xcom 1&2 for the channel. No need to do something excessive like ironman hard but a play-through on hard with a whole mission per video and just restart at the beginning of a mission if you screw it up would be interesting. It matches your temperament of explaining and walking through what your about to do and the risks imposed. Just watch a video of pete-complete as he does something pretty similar temperament wise to what you do. Could stream your playing throughs. I'd suggest doing a modifier of either long war or better high ground since most out there do standard.

I'm not an expert but turns out claiming doomsayer is an actual play sometimes. Because it's just a doom and they might have defense, etc. The evils are apparently less likely to attack you. Pretty sure Pipe has done it a few times.
