Honestly I like how Disneyland's IASW looks.
It feels more iconic and important while the one in World seems like it's just there and hidden away. Although I remember crying on it last time due to nostalgia XD

I enjoyed 1964 movement over the refurbished movement. Though the reason it was changed was because the old movements wore the dolls out too quickly so they were streamlined for less maintenance since these kids sing night and day on end.

Magic Kingdoms has two problems, in the room with only the dolls dancing, one of the dolls isn’t shaking, in the finale a doll is going slower than it should.

The update constant maintenance around the Disney parks has been very low lately ever since COVID hit. This is because when their 50,000+ Cast Members were laid off when the parks closed in 2020, the cast members found better paying jobs. In general, Disney park cast members don't get paid that well for a good living, even their Imagineers that make a little more than ride operators. It's still considered today, a college job.
I was there in April and that finale doll that was wobbling was an overnight fix because the day before it was leaning FAR forward and looked like it was gonna fall
They should use a more rubbery materiel or flexible for the mouth it cracks too much

Maintenance in the parks hasn't been the greatest. Other rides besides small world have broken effects as well.
