IJEBU EAST LOCAL GOVERNMENT'S CELEBRATION OF ISESE DAY 2022.

Ìṣẹ̀ṣe 2022 celebration on Saturday, 20 August, 2022 in Ijebu East Local Government was colourful and fun-filled. It was a showcase of our culture and tradition.
The host, who is also the Chairman of Ijebu East Local Government, Hon. Wale Adedayo, defined culture as the identity of a people. "Our culture is who we are, what we are and how we are. It is our heritage. It should be appreciated, celebrated and projected to the world." he said. According to him, celebrations like Ìṣẹ̀ṣe Day should be encouraged to attract tourism which would in turn boost the economy of the local area.
Participants and guests were thrilled as various traditional and professional groups performed.
