Dinosaurs are COMING! | Lost Caverns of Ixalan | Magic the Gathering

Lost Caverns of Ixalan is going to be released soon but we have 5 legendary creatures spoiled already. Let's take a small dive into each of them and how they will fit in as commander/edh spells!

Defense of the heart with Ghalta=win. DOTH has been working insanely well in my Tiamat deck so I assume in any Dino deck it'll perform just as well.

I have a feeling the map tokens will be ramp by searching ypur library for a land and putting into your hand and or on battlefield. Probabaly hand though. Which can be nice to help decks with ramping up

That would be insanely hype if it was any land from your library to put in hand!

For sure would need a cost associated, but even a standard 2 mana for any land in hand is arguably too strong. A basic seems more reasonable.

the preorder for "veloci-ramp-tor" is only 35 dollars to preorder. is that worth?

Don’t know the whole list yet but I imagine it’ll have a nice shell for a Dino deck that would otherwise be hard to price match if you don’t have a big collection or a close LGS with a big supply of cards.
