I always get confused when people want Allie to shoot Zep. As far as she knows, he's the only person that knows where her husband is. From her perspective, killing Zep condemns her husband to death. That's why she doesn't shoot him when she has the opportunity.

I never really thought about it that way, I was always rooting for her to shoot zep too. She could have shot to wound him though, shooting him in the knee wouldn’t result in immediate death but it would have incapacitated him.

This is kinda dumb thinking, she got attacked again and nearly KILLED! What good is keeping him alive if she's dead?! She should have killed him she's risking her own daughters life!

Fun fact - both Asian detective and orderly Zep (6:33) played together on Lost. First one appeared in 4th season while the other one from the 2nd season
This movie really was one of a kind when it came out in 2004. The concept of people fighting for their lives to survive torture devices while also finding out the mystery of why they were put in them and why they had to play these "games."
Edit: Also, a lot of people might just kind of gloss over this but Adam screaming in the background while the credits roll at the end makes the ending all that more disturbing. They could have ended it by having the "GAME OVER" and then the door shut and then the outro just plays, but Adam screaming in pitch-black darkness really emphasizes how terrifying it would probably be to be left in that room not knowing if anyone would ever come back.
Incredible ending with those screams in the dark, I remember how it gave me chills when I saw that ending for the first time.😨😰😱
Fun fact: The guy, who played Adam, is also one of the writers of the movie and director is James Wan, who did the Conjuring too
theatre in February 2005, i never forget the final moment when jigsaw is getting up with the saw music pumping, the audience went totally crazy. It was great.... Fact; they made this masterpiece with a tiny 1,2 Million Dollar Budget... Love from germany

Fun fact: Detective Tapp isn't dead. Jigsaw took him somewhere else and removed the bullet from his chest, making him play another game (The events of the Saw Videogame)

Definetly one of the best film endings ever. Was shocked first time watching this ending, completely caught me by surprise.

49:02 the moment most of you came for, totally mindblowing twist that still gives me chills today.
I love how they went from cheering about the "bad guy" getting his brains bashed in, to cheering when the bad guy got away with it.
Fun fact: Adam is played by Saw's Co creator and Writer Leigh Whannel. Yep Leigh wrote the film knowing that he'd have to be chained up to a pipe and put his hand in a flithy toilet. If that is not deadication, I don't know what is.

Very little gore in "Saw II". The big jump in gore comes with " Saw III".
If she'd shot Zep, there would be no way for anyone to find her husband because no one knows where he was.
I love how art brings everyone together. We can all watch a movie, or hear a song, and FEEL the same things. Reminds us that even as complete strangers, we're all the same deep down. Human beings.
Basically, everyone was connected in each other's story and the following movies it gets more complex and messed up but still a good series to watch for sure
They can’t shoot because there’s a law that you can’t kill people even if they killed people. If they shoot, they may be arrested

This movie was the one that made me cry so much. Adam was seriously in such a bad situation. The guy who ends up staying in the bathroom. He sadly NEVER left. He dies in the room. You can thank Amanda the bear trap victim for that.

The first time I saw this movie I was amazed by all of the creative plots to survive in the movie and as far as the ending I was wondering why didn't Adam think to use the gun to shoot the chain as well versus trying to kill John
Got my parents hooked on watching the entire series. They're not usually into graphic films like this but I think with the mystery aspect they just can't stay away and lets be honest with twist endings like this how could you stay away?! Will you guys be doing the rest of the series?
the key was supposed to be on a floater that would then hide it by dangling it into the pipe but one of his helpers screwed with the setup. That's why when he told him it was in the tub that was actually supposed to be kramer giving the guy the way out.

Detective Tapp not dying from getting his throat cut is a result of where the cut landed and that it wasn't thicker. It's not too dissimilar to getting cut across the belly, if you double over and keep the wound as closed as possible you have a much much higher chance of survival. It's why the cutthroat's rule when you knife someone is twist the blade before pulling it out, it keeps the wound open.

All the saw movies have really great moments though you will never have one as good and shocking as this one. But they are not bad movies, they always keep you guessing right up to the very last moment its brilliant fun.

I got chills again with ending by waching this video, my favoryte horror movie from my teenager years.
SAW II is definitely a sequel worth watching as it answers many questions about the first film. OTOH SAW III is one that I would never recommend any female watch. And I say this as someone who took a date to see it in the theatre. Most victims in SAW films are male, but SAW III had a female victim whose trap was...far more terrifying than the one for Amanda in the first film and that's all you would ever need to know.
As for other films with unpredictable plots, let me recommend the 2009 psychological horror film, "Triangle". It will keep you guessing until the very end.

When speaking of addicts, it is always said they must hit "rock bottom" before they are willing to make a change and help themselves.
But the (mad) genius of Jigsaw, is that he takes Amanda down to rock bottom and BEYOND, into Hell. Literally scaring her straight and making her appreciate not only her own life but life in general.
I approve of the Jigsaw methods. 😛

It's too difficult for a modern civilian to shoot someone, especially if they're not a psychopath or Mary Jane from Season 2 of Fargo. Even if there is a kidnapper in front of you, you will not shoot, especially if you can keep him at a distance by simply poking the gun in the air. So these cries: “Shoot him, Shoot him, Shoot him...” are nothing more than a call to violence.
American cops would do that without hesitating especially if he was black
The Saw movie 🍿 was sooo incredible and I felt a little bit of scare cuz when everyone are killing each other ; and then the situation was not very well too ( the jigsaw ) wow for me was not good at all. I remember when this guy cut his leg omg 😮 that part scared me and left me impressed wow, what other videos from the homies will us for us ?? I want to see more scary movies 🎥.
Serbian Film puts Saw to shame
Saw is amazing! 🙂 It’s not really horror: it’s more thriller/crime/drama with great stories and characters! Saw 6 is incredible and my favorite film! I would recommend watching Saw 1-6 because it’s a complete story. Saw 7 is not that good, but it is considered the final chapter. It’s weird that people consider Saw torture porn. It’s really not! It has the same or less violence and gore as The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones. It’s more psychological with great story and characters 🙂

I think you guys would like an OUTSTANDING beautiful thriller/mystery/drama movie called “The Uninvited” (2009). 🙂 It’s about two sisters against their stepmother, and their mother‘s ghost is helping them. It has a SHOCKING ending and it’s one of the best movies I’ve seen! I think you guys would enjoy it! :)
"Sweeney Todd" (2007) is a good Halloween movie - it's the only movie where you can hear Johnny Depp sing.

The doctor bled to death trying to crawl out, it does show you a quick picture, but the main clue was when he was speaking to Adam he was pale, shaking and struggling to speak, all signs of loss of blood
Jigsaw has identified early in the film himself but I bet you missed it - he is the guy who came in and said 'his name is' only the killer would know this.
