Like your vidoes and always coming back to see how you doing . I suffering too with Fibromalagia and if i do stuff and alot of cleaning next day im in bad pain i cant move and need rest all day . Xx I got feed up going to gp as sometimes they look at me like im crazy . Today i have rest day as i over done it yesterday .
You don’t always get pain straight away, I’ve pulled something in my shoulder blade & it kills but I ain’t got a clue how I’ve done it. I’m just taking pain killers. Hope your all well xxx
