It’s really interesting meeting the people who make the wood magic happen.
Wow!!! That is a spectacular crew and awesome equipment!!! You guys rock!! 👍😃
Look at all that great firewood.
Hi guys just love the way you utilise all the timber from the tree nothing goes to waste keep up the good work love your videos Cliff from Logan city Queensland Australia the thunder from down under from the big island
the reason I said never get soft wood mulch, the city in minnesota has free mulch but molded over within 6 , you dont know what you are getting !!!
never buy soft wood mulch, it was covered with mold within 6 months, only hard wood
Why is this wood not good for firewood?
It’s great wood, just too big for conventional fire places and traditional 16” firewood pieces…
@@adleradventures Can it not be cut? You have every saw that man can think of, surely the wood can be cut/split to size. Just seems to be a waste to mulch it.
All about time and money. You could spend a lot of time reducing it down in size but it will never be good size to efficiently run it through the firewood processor and when your selling it for $200 a cord you eat up your profit quickly when using a guy and a chainsaw and splitter. When you can sell mulch for $40/yard it only makes sense monetarily to go that route. They have more firewood than they can sell without even trying to process that large stuff.
