Hi, What happened to the first plate you exposed? Was the “lamp” meant to be a relief print? (the illustration looked like a genie lamp) did you first use an aquatint exposer then the 2nd exposure? I agree that this is not copper plate….also, too many blankets….
Your title is misleading because you're using ready-made not copper plates. You seem to have an excessive amount of blankets on your press and you have the felts on top and below which is odd because that would warp the plate as you run it through.
have you had any issues with the new Green colored plate? Weldon says they are similar to the orange plates but my results are very different
