    1. Cereal 03:45
    The first RA food that one should take is Bajra, Jau, Ragi Flour, Kodra, brown rice, red rice, and black rice. These are very rich in fiber that helps to clean our intestines. They are very much loaded with vitamins and minerals that provide strength to our bodies.
    2. Ghee or oil 05:00
    Desi ghee is the best food for Rheumatoid Arthritis as it is easy to digest and is equally capable to balance Vata Dosha.
