Which is weird aswell, I mean a normal person would probably switch character to get a break for "that" RP but he just switches so that he can find others to torment. Pretty hard to talk back aswell when all he does is yell if you question it somehow.
Its correct warrant for what happened and he's saying he's punishing THE COPS for having to arrest Ramee not Ramee himself. Because dealing with CG ic and even sometimes hoppers wise is annoying. Maybe if you don't want to get a warrant don't do the crime/rob cops ? Holy shit.
