When Mickey was leaving to Mexico, we know that if Cam were to leave the series like Noel, Ian would have left with Mickey, but since that wasnt the case, Ian had to stay, but even then, can we really blame Ian for wanting a better life than being a wanted fugitive in mexico? But not once I think Ian forgot Mickey, not before and not after. The way the looked at each other didn’t lie. For seasons 9, 10 and 11 they both loved each other more than anything in my opinion, both of theirs characters having changed a lot since the beginning, but in the they could show more of Ian’s affection. Like, the deleted scene of Ian’s dream showing him and Mickey holding a baby or tending for Mickey’s wound.
