I’ve been a nurse since 2005. I changed my mind due to an injury on my left knee. This profession has so many roles and I’ve grown and learned to love it.
jUsT a ViSiToR excellent ! The same part that lives in a few of us that drives us to sacrifice sleep friendships parties holidays etc is the same part that made that post 7 years ago a serious one. Emergency services are generally paramilitary organizations whether that be police, fire, or EMS departments. They all have a rank system similar to the military.

In the US our law enforcement agencies are paramilitary in nature.

State police training is actually longer and more intensive than the Marines. Just for a different mission.
