We only were told by prophet Muhammad PBUH about the location of graves of these prophets: Hud, Ibrahim, Ismael, Isaac, Jacob, Yusuf (Josef), Musa (Moses), Harun (Aron), Daniel (before getting moved), Muhammad, and the future grave of Esa (Jesus), Peace be apun all of them.

This is not the grave of Daniel a.s. He was buried in an unmarked grave.
His sarcophagus was discovered right after the conquest of Persia, which contained an intact body. He had a ring on his finger with the engraving of a man between lions, and a manuscript beside his head that contained some prophecies.
Umar r.a. ordered them to dig 8 random graves and had him buried in a secret location, which remains unknown till this date.
Brother I wanted to add a minor correction.
What I had read long ago from Ibn Kathir's Stories of the Prophets (Qasasul Ambiya) is that the body found with the ring was not actually of Daniel (AS) but of a different man, due to the fact the body was dated after the time of Jesus' upliftment by Allah and since everybody knew that there were no prophets between Jesus and Muhammad (Peace be upon them both), Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) and the people doing the expedition deemed that the body was of a normal man who wore a ring with Daniel's crest (Two starving lions licking the Prophet so as to not eat him).
The crest only was to commemorate that event and it was not the body of Daniel (AS).

What is the source of these informations? The only known graves are the graves of prophet muhammad (sallallahu 'alayhe wa sallam) and prophet Ibrahim (sallallahu 'alayhe wa sallam).

Hebron is actually called Al Khalil and it is in Palestine. Don’t say these Palestinian cities belong to Israel.
How do we know over 100% that these are for real the tombs of the prophets except the one of SAV? I mean it could also be a single person, since people might have found some bodies. Hard to believe, that there is exact the body of Adem A.S., when he lived over 10.000 of years ago. Also, there are several other places which claim to be the tomb of Nuh A.S. or Adem A.S. Only ALLAH knows the best.
