  • Curious to find out how he might apply queer theory to fashion photography, Lundin analysed a decade of advertising campaigns from British Vogue. He extracted and recontextualised typical fashion-shoot postures to denaturalise the body language of high fashion. The resulting series of poses reveal the norms, ideals and invisible expectations inherent in the visual language discourse of high fashion advertising.
