To the drummer taking a lot of heat in the comments section: don't let it discourage you. Your band is good and you're a significant contributor. You clearly love playing in this band and playing this music and your passion shows. In the end, no matter what anyone says, 100% of us commenting here would love to have a chance to do what you do and do it half as well as you.
This gets a hell yeah! from me. I don't speak Dutch, but the singer is spot on, and his voice isn't worn out - meaning, no Bono political drivel and all U2 sound! Bravo!

It takes a lot of courage to get up and preform in front of people, these guys have the right sound to bring their understanding of U2 to those of you that have viewed this clip. We need to keep in mind that this is not U2 so the sound is different that's makes them unique. This is just my opinion of how I see their performance...

What an absolutely excellent sounding tribute band. Amazing attention to detail, and I'm a player! Shame the audience couldn't look more disinterested. Come on people!! A lot of effort went into getting that sound just right!!

Thnx! Het is een Edwards Les Paul Custom. Fijne plank, maar toch aan de kant gezet voor een Maybach Lester '72, en die is nóg fijner...;) Ik gebruik inderdaad de Axe FX2. Grtzzz Leon

Not bad. Need to work on your sound and arrangement of the track. There’s also no real performance or show from the band. The drummer is total overkill. He’s over playing his part!
Thanks for your feedback. This was our first bigger show since our existence. Other point is, we are not U2 and we don't want to imitate them in any way. Just play their lovely music the best way and entertain the crowd.
@@LikeU2tributeband if you do not want to imitate U2 than at least do not call yourself a tribute band cause you are not. Voice is not close, there is no show at all (pretty static). You are good U2 coverband and people have fun so that is what is important, but do not call yourself a tribute band.

Thnx Nicole! It was our bands first big gig in 2017 with the new setting, and that chick was the former singer of the band, so that's why we asked her to sing One with us.
NOT A TRIBUTE BAND, good coverband yes. But to be a good tributeband you need to step up
They are good but not great. Guitar is on Point and I thought was very good. Agree with the person who said drummer is over doing it, by a lot, guy made it his own beats in some songs. Please don’t be disrespectful. Good choice of songs in general. Voice is good. Lacks charisma and rhythm and of course the passion behind it. Singing doesn’t only come from the chest and vocal cords. When he goes low it just doesn’t sound natural. You need to have emotion behind it. This guy has a decent voice yet none of the other components in my opinion. Maybe when he sings his own songs if the band has then it would show more. Base, was ok. No other comment on that.

The guitarist is also to the point, it”s really a hell of a job to follow the Edges delaystyle but he did a good job and was accurate with a good timing (delayyyyy🫣🫣🫣🫣) these are workparts!!!!
I was looking to his equipment but I could not imagine what his way of amplifiying was, the Edge-way Vox AC-30, sometimes i heard something digital/ modeling in it, hard to hear but I am curious as a guitar- player to, we wanna know he we get the sound!?!
I would prefer to talk to him so maybe we can meet, I assume he lives in the Netherlands, so then we can speak ‘ our moers taal’ 🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣😂
