- As more and more of Air India’s crews become familiar with its new flagship type, the airline is deploying the A350 further and further away. Indeed, Air India is set to deploy its A350 aircraft on its services to London from Delhi. This service change will come into effect starting September 2024, and will include not only the airline’s newest widebody aircraft but also upgraded interior cabins.

Makes sense since DEL-LHR is really their flagship route. Hopefully they’ll also use A350s to JFK and other US routes soon.
they just announced delhi-jfk route
Their flagship route is just Del to Mumbai 😂😂 Endians hype it up , it's a bad airline
@@daniyalbbd5281 you need to look up what flagship means.
This route makes sense for that airframe. High demand, high density.
Are the Air India 350s high density layout like French Bee?
@@Rasscasseno they are Aeroflot ones featuring 316 seats across 3 classes
That’s great news! Never been on the A350 and I’m flying to Delhi late September.
Their A350s look quite handsome in the new livery.
a350 the best! beutiful plane
It is .
A350 BABY🎉🎉
Yes sir
I was literally waiting for this news😊
Happy to hear that ❤
A321XLR just received type certification by EASA
I hope Air India goes to Boston my hometown
They will next year
They should use the A350's on US routes
They will.. starting this yeat
Lol They just declared they will start Flights from DELHI to New York and Newark
They are slowly expanding the distance.... First, domestic, then Dubai, now London and next year JFK and Newark....
If they deploy A350 on BOM-LHR route then I’ll consider flying Air India.
It will but Airbus deliveries are slow due to which several new routes got delayed.
Thank god, I have been taking Air-India Delhi-LHR route over 5 times yearly since 2022 and it is absolutely dreadful.
None of the entertainment systems work, and sometimes the air conditioner is faulty too!
Hopefully my experience in September is better!
Who loves the a350?
me!
Me 100% they are on of the best and most comfortable planes to fly on, can't wait for Air India to start taking delivery of the A350-1000s
Hope Airbus improves its manufacturing capacity so that more routes can be opened by Air India. Very slow motion aircraft manufacturer.
Awesome. I'll reach out for plane spotting.
No surprise actually
So Air India's a350-900s going to London was pretty predictable honestly. I didn't expect them for routes to JFK and EWR though considering I thought that they would use the a350-1000s instead. Like the a350-900s being used alongside the 787 routes and the a350-1000s being used alongside the 777 routes. It's quite nice that they are pushing the a350-900 towards North American flights. I just wish they did this with their chicago flights.
The Flight is operating between DEL-LGW right now
Yes Gatwick
It’s great 👍 I Flim new 350 air India
Nice❤❤❤
deffo not going from london (gatwick) to dehli soon...😭
I think Indian airline companies are denied access to the Pakistani airspace. So the map of the ariel route between Delhi and London shown in this video, although the shortest route, is not what is followed by Air India.
So en otger routes
Use the correct Indian MAP!!!!
How many A350 AI have now ?
I think 6
@@kartik_sinha yes 6.
They have all 6 a350-900s flying now, but in the future they will be taking delivery of 34 a350-1000s
@@timothyleberl1202 20 A350-900s and 20 A350-1000s, the order was modified. 6 of those 20 A350-900s (ex Aeroflot order) have been delivered. so 14 A350-900s and 20 A350-1000s are remaining.
It's a waste for the long range of the A350. They should use it for US/Canada
That’s probably for when they get A350-1000
@@GarlandTexasSpotter2024the -1000 non ulr can’t possibly fly form India to Canada directly.
@@SFAvgeekit can
They announced their new York to Delhi routes
@@Jackson34466 oh. That’s my bad. If rigor that they have access over Russia.
Are they flying through Russian airspace?
India Russia relations which are very friendly, they can and do use Russia Airspace for many other routes.
Probably not needed for most European destinations, but may be needed for North American destinations.
Probably not needed for most European destinations, but may be needed for few North American destinations.
Air India A-350-900 livery has lost their identity completely.
India/ Bharat is full of symbols and colors. They should rethink about this transformation and weigh in their national historic importance.
The 777s demise has begun....
please don't misrepresent Indian map again
Chill.
its the map used internationally.

oh my god!! @rc70ys would not fly with air india !! Air India better close shop right away !! 😂😂
