Either moon is still corrupted/still a jerk to kids who won't take a nap and he's going to annihilate the fragile bond Evan made with Sunny or Moon recognizes Evan experiences chronic night terrors and helps the kid feel safe enough to sleep.
(And Michael is throwing a tantrum in the background because earlier he was so mean Moon put secluded him to the balcony/Sun and Moon's room just so he wouldn't bother the rest of them.)
