EN- Like any self-respecting ancient castle, even that of Fosini has its legendary ghost. In fact, it is said that Ilario Brandani, known as a necromancer, connoisseur of ancient formulas for summoning the dead, lived in the castle around 1400, precisely in the years in which an epidemic of "dark disease" struck a large part of central Italy. It seems that he was the only one who managed to escape the disease and it is said that he stubbornly continued to survive alone in the castle in the grip of madness, in the midst of dozens of corpses. It is said that after his death his ghost, imprisoned within the walls of the manor, wandered for a long time in those disturbing places and that still today it continues to hover condemned to the eternal search for its companions.
ITA- Come ogni antico castello che si rispetti, anche quello di Fosini ha il suo leggendario fantasma. Si narra infatti che Ilario Brandani, noto come negromante, conoscitore di antiche formule per evocare i morti, abbia vissuto al castello intorno al 1400, proprio negli anni in cui un’epidemia di “morbo oscuro” colpì gran parte dell’Italia Centrale. Pare che fosse stato l’unico a riuscire a scampare al malanno e si dice che avesse ostinatamente continuato a sopravvivere da solo al castello in preda alla pazzia, in mezzo a decine di cadaveri. Si racconta che dopo la morte il suo fantasma, rimasto imprigionato tra le mura del maniero, abbia a lungo vagato in quei luoghi inquietanti e che ancora oggi continui ad aleggiare condannato all’eterna ricerca dei suoi compagni.

The interior scene was inspired by an old PS2 title that I liked so much...Medievil (just revamped by the way) from which I tried to copy the color correction. I hope it turned out nice!
La scena negli interni è stata ispirata da un vecchio titolo PS2 che mi piaceva tanto...Medievil (tra l'altro appena rimodernato) da cui ho cercato di copiare la color correction. Spero sia risultato simpatico!
