    Step by step recipe on how to make the famous round baklava, known as Ceregli and fistik sarma, is a typical Turkish sweet, which is usually made with pistachio nuts only and are a great delicacy.

    Ingredients:
    (1 cup = 250 ml)
    75 gr. Pistachios 1/2 cup
    75 gr. Peeled almonds 1/2 cup
    5 or 6 pine nuts
    a teaspoon of orange blossom water
    a spoonful of white sugar
    5 or 10 sheets of filo pastry (pasta filo)
    250 g cow's butter
    For the bath
    150 ml water
    150 gr. sugar
    2 to 3 tablespoons of honey
