Andrew Swenson I was in America in 2013 and I bought my pc there that summer and I remember that I watched this performance that summer. Maybe I did not find the same link but there should be a video of this in 2013 I am sure.
It was years & years ago when X-Factor had some popularity in Australia (it doesn’t even air anymore). I know that after the competition the girl went off the rails, but I don’t know how she’s going now.
Probably still struggling as all young and reckless singers do.

As others have already pointed out, not only did they sing Happy Birthday to her they got the entire audience too as well - it was edited out to fit the time slot.

Bella sang this song with such passion. Beautiful voice. Anxiety sucks and she did so well. Plus she has her fans and friends backing her up.

These acts are put together. What she or the Judges said 2 minutes before was unlikely to have originally been in that order on the day. The judges might of wished her happy birthday and it was cut out. Even their reaction to the singer's are often not what they was. It's no more real then an advert. Just all chopped together to sell.

This show I actually watched when it first came on and between Bella and Shiane I was amazed at the talent they both brought to their performances.

Truth! She has amazing raw talent. It sounds like she needs a vocal coach to get her breathing down a little better and learn how to tighten up a few things, but my god she has a really impressive range already too.

I agree. For me it's like listening to wind chimes out on the back porch of a lodge by a lake on a warm Summer's Eve. 9/25/2021. Boston. But, Carly Rose was great too, and Shiane Hawke, Amelia Lily, Lola Saunders, Janet Devlin, and a number of others.
I return every few months, because between Bella and Angelina no one else can make water drip from my eyes.
We must pray that the industry does not steal their souls.
That nervousness and anxiety adds to this song. The texture that comes off in her voice, her emotions, everything shows off in this song.

This a very sad story to me. This is an immensely talented young lady who started singing at an early age and I guess continues on today. She should have won this contest but was misguided in dress and choice of song throughout the contest. She certainly had the support of her peers and the judges should be scolded for their own input. She needed support and guidance and some understanding of how to deal with pressure. Put in the name Bella F and you soon realize that the world recognizes her talent and still wants to see this performance. I hope she has developed the tools she needed back then and that we see her in many performances yet to come. I'll be back because I still enjoy this performance as well.

That wow gets me everytime and I've listen to this over a million times already.
Her mother's face in close up is so moving, holding back tears of love pride and hope, as her daughter sings so soulfully for a chance at a brighter future.
Her nerves are definitely noticeable, as is her lack of formal training. But she does have a naturally nice, sweet tone and the emotion is all there, which does make it a nice performance.

Not really a happy ending. After she was out of the show, she tried making music, but had to take a 7 year break due to anxiety.
She is still one of my favorites (amongst many) from those talent shows. Her style, her voice, her spirit.🤍

I finished year 11 and fell very sick (heart condition). I then tried to return back to school (for year12) but within a month, anxiety and depression overcame my life (because of my heart) and school at that point was so unimportant when death was literally knocking on my door (due to health). So I left. And when I tell people I left school, I get the worse looks and people assume that I just left, with no actual reason. I've since finished my education (my health improved). Guys, my point is, try not to judge her too quickly, she may have said she just didn't like school but there could have been more to it than just not liking it :) #nohate
