I have been a lucky man (scum bag to the extreme). Married to my wife science 1977. My daughter married her high school sweetheart they were both 15 when they met. They waited and got married after college. Now I have a four year old Granddaughter that I’m going through the entire process over again. The thing I have learned is she will grow up so fast. You sound like a great dad and that will make a huge difference in the kind of men they choose. My husband is in my opinion lol a fantastic husband and father with a great relationship with our girls and I believe that is a huge factor in why our girls ended up with awesome husbands 😊 I found your channel when you first started doing Reactions to Norm . It might sound silly but it helped me to grieve with someone who felt the same way. He is the only celebrity I have cried over losing. Sorry 😂 I’m not trying to write a book 😊

These songs make me so sad, because I lost my dad in 2016 and will never have a daddy daughter dance when I get married. Hold your babies tight and give them all the best memories you can, because one day that will be all they have of you.
Girl dad here. Mine is about to be 16 this year. Crazy how fast time goes by. She'll be off to college in a few short years, and I'm not sure what I'll do with my life. Lol Going to enjoy the time I have with her now though.

I don't have kids at all, but I'm a daddy's girl through and through. I started to lose him in 2010 or so. It took 10 years for God to take him home piece by piece. But he lives in every beat of my heart, my genes and my soul. I'll see him again on the other side, where I'm sure he's taking care of my fur babies til I get there and probably building a house for me next to his and Mom's. Daddy's girls never forget. Ever.

Grew up being made fun of for my country accent and honestly it got to me for a while. I was embarrassed of being southern, but the older I get, I realize there's nothing to be ashamed of. The country in the south is the best part of my childhood. Small towns, kind hospitality, and beautiful landscapes. Now here I am crying like a baby to this song thinking of my 9 year old girl growing up. lol crazy how life works.

I would love to see you react to Kane Brown "For my daughter" I love watching your reactions and I know a lot of people who made fun of country music, because they think its dumb or whatever just because of the twang. Half the time they talk bad about it and never heard one song... Once they hear one though its like total shock to them that its actually good. The men in country sure know how to treat their women too and its something you don't see often anywhere else.
When my daughters got married my husband told each of our sons-in-law that he would hunt them down and they would wish they were dead if they ever hurt his girls. That was 18 and 20 years ago. Both those young men grew to look at my husband as their dad too. One's father was never there for him and the other's died soon after they were married. They have truly been a blessed addition to our family. They have blessed us with 5 wonderful grandchildren.

This song breaks my heart only because my daughter didn’t have a very good father. We got divorced when she was 17 (he had been working overseas since she was 7 months old so they never got the chance to have a real father-daughter relationship which is all she ever wanted. We saw him 10 weeks a year and even when he was home, he never tried to spend quality time with her. I think she held that against him, which is sad.) My dad, however, is the closest thing to a real dad that she’s ever had. I wouldn’t have it any other way because he’s such a wonderful man and has been a wonderful dad to me. He’s 90 years old and works 50 hours a week! He never misses church and still sings in the choir! I’m so glad she has him since her own dad passed away in February of 2022. Our son took care of everything which turned out to be really sad because only 3 people showed up for the funeral. 🥲. Men, if you have daughters, remember you will be the first man they will love….please don’t break their hearts! ❤

Country music has so many good songs when it comes to the relationship between father and daughter. You commented about dancing with your daughters at their weddings. I was raised by a single father and chose Dance With Me Daddy by Krystal Keith for our dance at my wedding. Might be one you'd like to check out.
I have a 4 month old daughter and the song I will dance to at her wedding will be Lukas Nelson “Giving You Away”. Lukas is Willie Nelson son.

Our daughter is going on 33, we still see her as 3. Haha guessing that really doesn't change. Never understood it till now. That being said, she's holding true to what we taught her. They don't treat you right with respect, send them down the road in a hurry. As a proud dad with less tomorrow's than yesterday's ( our pastors quote). I'll could do jail if need be. 😂😂

My father-in-law pulled me aside when my wife and I had only been dating for about 2 months and told me that he "had the utmost trust in his daughter and that I didn't need to come to him if our relationship progressed to the point of marriage to ask for her hand." Momma of 4 babies! 3 girls and 1 boy. I hands down worry more for son getting married, he is so gentle and huge pleaser. Our worry is he will find the wrong woman who destroys his loving heart. He is our oldest and loves his sisters very much so I know he will give the woman he loves everything.

My daughter always loved it that she had an "out" when her peers were trying to talk her into doing something she shouldn't. She always told them her dad would kill her.
