✨ Winter Formal 2023: The Best Part! ✨
Spend an elegant evening enjoying free drinks, desserts, photos, and dancing with all your friends! While there will be food, full dinner is not provided, but the venue’s prime location in downtown San Jose is close to many restaurants. This dance is open to ALL GRADE LEVELS AND GUESTS from other schools! Guests must be 20 years or younger.
Tickets are being sold in-person only at the ASB room during LUNCH. The prices are as follows:
12/4 - 12/8: $75 ASB | $90 non-ASB card
12/11 - 12/15: $85 ASB | $100 non-ASB card
Cash or check is accepted. Make checks payable to “Cupertino High School”.
PERMISSION SLIPS: [tinyurl.com/wfslip2023]. All attendees MUST fill out a permission slip before the time of purchase. No permission slip, no ticket.
If you would like to bring a guest, they need to fill out a guest permission slip and you must fill that out in addition to your own - the guest slip is linked at the top of the CHS attendee form. Guest permission slips must be printed out and filled in before the time of purchase.
