Your notebook looks similar to the Blackwing Slate Medium Notebook. It has the penholder on the spine as well. In case, you ever can't get the one you like.

Hello Alecia! I have at the start portion of my planner a homemade enveloppe with my name in beautifull typo I previously printed and glued on. It never moves from there! A page really important in my planner? My code-key page... I have an A-Z list with three to six columns each one being a different word reference. So for example F2 is "Film" and O1 is "Organise". I put only the codes into my monthlys boxes and into my weeklys-dailys spreads. My weeks have two columns (Done with pencil) on the left part of the pages: one for my keys, and the other next to it for the code related to. Then next to it I can write what I have to do more precisely, with no restriction of the amount of words/ sentences. I don't know if what I just told there was understandable...? I should write a letter each year and put it after the december layout... that's a very good idea indeed!💥 Love the fingerprint you left there with the ink! 🤩 Haha, I can't count how many greys I have, cause it's been quite three years since I let them without dyeing them! 😏 When I went to my family in may everyone was asking me why I was letting my hair like that... like it's not a good thing to let your silvers being seen: I don't care! Hi Prisca!! 🤗💜🌟 I want to see your journal so badly, it sounds awesome! So basically you have a code key to remind yourself of the codes each week, then throughout the week/month you only use the codes? That's a good idea so you don't have to keep flipping to the front to see the codes all the time, and it keeps everything short and sweet (and probably so much neater). 🙌🏾 🙌🏾 🙌🏾 Letters to the future is my favorite thing!! Mine started out as Post-it notes but is now a full-on letter. For the next one I may not write it in the journal directly but instead write it on nice paper and put that in the POCKET in the back of the journal! hahahahaaaa! I do like your envelope in the front idea, it would be nicer to have something in the front to hold tickets, photos etc. I'd imagine you'd look in it more often if it's in the front. Yeahhh grey hair club!! Sometimes it's still a shock to see so many of them at once, and how long they are 😂 Where was I when all this was happening?? haha They like to form little "colonies" and if I part my hair differently I'm surprised to see a whole group of them. But I don't plan on dyeing them, I've finally come to like my hair in general and I'm not going to throw a bunch of dye on it now. People get so upset when a woman chooses not to dye her hair--it's funny because it's sad! 2/3 of the way through the week, I hope it's been treating you well. What a beautiful letter to yourself! And about that white paper, so true! I was in the same situation. I had such a beautiful beige-paper notebook that was coming to an end, and then I was gifted a white-papered one. I decided to use it because it had some year specific pages, so it was ‘now or never’. In the end I am fine with it. I got used to the white paper. It’s also just my first year of consistent planning, so I say to myself that I am figuring things out and I will buy myself a better suited notebook for the next year. One question, why did you decide to stop doing reviews? Was it not that useful? Good luck with French! I like your language journey.

Now I can't un-see it. The weekly reviews, it was weird to let them go! They were starting to feel like a chore, and didn't inspire change. Sometimes it felt a little punishing because I would focus on the negative even if I had 2x as many positives to celebrate. (Ya know?) Writing about the thought process behind why I did what I did has been more useful and helps balance the positive/negative better for me. 💜 Anyway, I thank you for visiting and watching. @@AleciaLott I took some time to think what planning on paper did for me. I think the main thing was proving to myself that I can change my self-concept and that disorganization is not an innate part of me. And of course the next best thing is the actual result of planning - I feel more in control, I'm setting intentions and making stuff happen (not 100% as I first plan, but still), I am not running after things, less fearful of looming deadlines.
I cried with "the way it looks at me" 😂. Can't have your fancy journal looking at you the wrong way.
