I was born in New Braunfels but lived most of my life in Seguin. I love how Seguin still has that small town feel. New Braunfels and San Marcos used to have that small town feel but doesn't necessarily have that small town feel no more.

Thank you for the video! We are checking areas down there to move to. Lived in Austin before kids, then moved back up north. Would like to move to a smaller town like Seguin. If you do another video we would love a drive by the schools and also commentary would be great!

Do you have a video that addresses the weather in Texas?

To give you an idea - In Austin two weeks ago it snowed, the next week it was in the 70s. Weather here can be all over the place! Super hot summers, mostly warm year round and mild winters with snow and ice only days out of the year when you're central / south. The saying goes if you don't like the weather in Texas, wait five minutes! :) Fall is really nice too with lots of warm, breezy days. It did seem warmer than usual this past year but I'll take that over the cold haha.

It was high 50s last week in east Texas now it’s low 10s.

@@LivingInNBTX: No. I'm more familiar with NB and there's a specific house in Seguin we're considering. I found your pros/ cons video helpful and thought it'd be nice to hear your commentary, not just about what is where, but also to help the viewer stay oriented.
One other thing you might consider is if there's any way to show more of what's on the left and right--maybe with angles at 10:30 and 1:30 or a wide-angle lens. Not sure how well that would work or how much of a hassle it would be for you, but a lot of the interesting stuff is a little hard to see just looking straight ahead. That said, what you posted was helpful, so thanks again. The video and your non-salesy demeanor certainly made me think that if we drive in to check out the house, we'll call you.
