I really want to see this as a Sand Serpent replacement. It would fill the lineup where Sand Serpent tried, and would just be a fun experience that fits in the park.
I definitely wouldn’t complain.
This makes sense. RMC announced it, so could see BGT announce soon if this is happening there.
I hope they make it indoors
@@LeafHasLefty tho i thinm it should stay outside
The moose is on the loose!
watch darien lake get this to pair with moose on the loose
This is even better when you consider that Arrow Dynamics tried to refocus on Wild Mice in the late 90s, before building X bankrupted them. Glad to see RMC pay tribute to these coasters while reinventing them!
The wild mice that Arrow built were partially responsible for their bankruptcy. They were over-engineered and thus way too expensive for the parks they were marketing them to. They were meant to be a quick, easy way for Arrow to generate some needed revenue yet only 4 were ever sold.
Knotts lookin' at this new model and the "Can fit over a Wild Mouse footprint" caption with heart eyes
I can see Six Flags green lighting this and mass ordering them similar to the S & S free spins a few years back. It just makes so much sense. Especially at a park like Six Flags America, Frontier City, La Ronde, even some of their larger parks.
Cedar Fair could definitely use them at the smaller parks as well, Michigan Adventure anyone?
Also for the Sea World parks,
It this was offered a few years ago, SWO would probably have this over ice breaker which would be kind of sad.
I’m excited to get on one of these. Hopefully we don’t have to wait too long
Frontier City seems like a perfect fit. As in literally, it will fit in the park lol
Considering Alton Towers. The coaster that was previously in that location was a wild mouse. So it would be a reference to the park's history to have a wild moose.
Would love to see Luna Park Melbourne or Gumbuya World get one of these. Also would love to see this as a travelling coaster.
I would guess that one of these will show up at a Fun Spot park and thats about it.
Maybe some sort of replacement for the wild mouse at Kissimmee?
I wish the Cleveland Zoo had a Roller Coaster and this will be a perfect addition
Agreed! It'd be a great draw.
This feels like it would fit in at so many places. I'm thinking smaller ones would love to get this. Indiana Beach, Fun Spots, Adventureland, Lost Island, Wild Adventures. Just to name a few.
A possible spot if it went to wild adventures would be the old Viking voyage plot.
I am loving this announcement!
Should be fun for all ages, and maybe a lot of smaller parks that desperately want a new coaster, but don't have the funds for something major will order it.
The idea of one going to Busch Gardens Tampa is interesting. Maybe they could name it "Lil Gwazi" or "Gwazi Jr.".
Either way, I feel this is a homerun for RMC.
I have never been more excited for a family coaster
Home these come in a transportable version. For the traveling fair circuit.
I thought the same thing that FunSpot could really use one of these. The Orlando park has a huge plot of land where their overflow parking is that was originally supposed to be their water park, but I guess they abandoned that idea. They could easily fit one there and would be visible from I-4 and attract a lot of tourists passing by. BTW, I agree that RMC restraints are the worst and Steel Vengeance is only my 3rd or 4th favorite coaster at CP because of them. If they had normal restraints (without the shin guards) it would probably be my #1 or #2 favorite coaster period
I would LOVE to see Cedar Creek Mine Ride get RMC'd into a family coaster like this. Not the MOOSE model but a family RMC with these new trains. That would improve that ride GREATLY!!!
The trains remind me of the GCI infinity flyers and look really nice, but I hope the zero car doesn’t actually have a moose on it😂
My first thought was definitely Dorney Park as in an interview Ryan talked about how frustrating capacity was with that ride and how they we’re currently looking into how to fix that. Not to mention it is getting pretty old. Obviously this might not be for a few years but how cool would a RMC of any kind be at Dorney! I also definitely agree that Hersheypark could do this.
That’s a great prediction!
Doubt I would see one at Cedar Point, but wouldn't mind another Ohio or Western PA park getting one, Waldameer, Kennywood, Kings Island or even Kentucky Kingdom. Something like this could be a great fit pretty much anywhere. Especially if they have a few different design options. I used to love the wildcat at Cedar Point back in the day, and enjoy wild mouse now. I think if this is essentially a small family coaster designed with the same thought process of their prelifts, it will be super fun in a small, compact and hopefully affordable package. I live in Canton and they are starting to add rides to the football hall of fame. I need to pressure them into building one of these lol.
Universal should put one in the Fast and Furious Building. It would be an amazing indoor dark coaster.
Yes!
no something unique not cookie cutter trash lol, put in a velociraptor 2.0..
Will I do agree it would fit into Great Escape’s line up. I feel they could use it to relaunch The Nightmare. Then maybe a Raptor in the Bobsled plot.
I love that idea!!!
That’s a great idea…As much as I want to see a more thrilling coaster to come to this park, this would be a perfect fit in that location
It would probably never happen, but Disney tore down their wild mouse coaster in Animal Kingdom. . .
I can see the Fun Spot parks and beach front parks like New Jersey, Myrtle Beach, San Diego, Belmont and Santa Monica California parks getting these ! 😊➕🎢
Yes
I could see one of these at Funspot. That was the first park that came to mind. (I live right near them) I'm not sure Orlando has the room anymore but Kissimmee already has a Wild Mouse coaster that can be removed and replaced with this. Atlanta is definitely an option for one.
Looks great! Valley fair used to be my home park, they would definitely benefit from a Wild Moose coaster.
With SuperFlight closing, I could see Rye Playland grabbing this.
The trains on Outlaw Run about killed me.
Thanks Brandon! LOOKS COOL Looking forward...
I'd love to see a Wild Moose at Canobie Lake Park. It would fit where the old Corkscrew was I bet.
I think it will go to Playland’s castaway cove in Ocean city NJ it’s perfect for that park
Six Flags Darien Lake could Put one of these in where Grizzly Run (rapids ride) use to be, and they could keep the name Wild Moose to compliment Moose on the Loose!
Brandon: most comfortable trains on an rmc
Gerstlauer rmc trains: …
This actually looks fun. Brandon backyards confirmed.
I know Herschend wants more family attractions, Wild Adventures, Kentucky Kingdom, Dollywood, and Silver Dollar City. Maybe Silver Dollar City getting some custom version on one.
Also Michigan Adventures and SF America for the memes
I can see Knotts Berry Farm putting this in the boardwalk area.. or even in Camp Snoopy. They just made space..
Came here to say the exact same thing. It's perfect for Camp Snoopy.
I love it!!
I doubt it will happen, but it would be kind of fun to have La Ronde RMC le Monstre and put this next to it where Green Lantern was supposed to go. Le petit monstre. 😁👹
that would be awesome!
I'm digging this!
I’m kinda hoping that something like this might come to my home park of over Texas
I totally see one of these heading to Fun Spot Atlanta
The Open Air single trains are Awesome. This needs to be done on a larger scale
I love the current RMC train. Not sure why, but I will say I do like the neutral lapbar as if you get a little room, it doesn't come down any harder. Plus the articulating wheel assembly smooths out how the trains track the course. (Then again, I also love how Skyrush's lapbars try to tear apart your legs) Also, I find Hershey's wild mouse more forceful than all of the others I've ridden. Don't want to see it go, but Wild Mouse's Revenge would be awesome! Great video as always!
I love them too. I never hear anyone complain about them at the parks while riding. But some of their restraints do come down tighter during the ride: Outlaw Run and Lightning Rod. I don't know why those are different. I don't remember that happening on Goliath, but I haven't ridden it in awhile.
I haven't ridden any of the ones with the ratcheting restraints yet, Only the second gen trains.@@OklahomaCoasterFan
@@nesmanmain0001 The ones I mentioned aren't ratcheting. But for some reason, those don't stay in place like the others. The positive forces during the ride push the lapbar down further on Outlaw Run and Lightning Rod.
@@OklahomaCoasterFan Oh those aren't ratcheting? I always assumed the first gen RMC trains were ratcheting. The second gen trains seem to have neutral restraints that just kinds stay in place, even after being unlocked.
@nesmanmain0001 If you mean the restraints with clicks, like on B&Ms and GCIs, then no, the first gen RMC trains are not like that. I cannot tell much difference between the 1st and 2nd gen trains. Most restraints stay in place on both, with a few exceptions. I don't know why those don't.
I would love if Knoebel's could get one. This ride fits with the park's other small family rides.
Much better capacity than a wild mouse too. These will be a great family attraction and can be themed and named to coexist with a parks current RMC
I wish Cedar Point had waited & installed a Wild Moose instead of Zamperla's Wild Mouse.
I know right
Wow. Those new moose trains are very similar to the gravity group's timberliner trains! I i hope new rmc hybrids will come with new moose trains and more exciting like zadra, wildcat's revenge, iron gwazi, arieforce one and steel vengeance.
I love the 2nd Gen B&M Hyper type of trains
Knoebels for sure would have fun with this model
I find it interesting RMC and Premier are both trying to break into the portable wild mouse/wild cat sized family coaster market.
Kinda reminds me of the CDX blocks trains
The moose has come to life!
This could even fit in a park like story land in new Hampshire as well. If they wanted an RMC they could go with this
I wish cedar fair still had good relationships with RMC because id love to see this at Carowinds in place of Kiddy Hawk or ricochet. And maybe a clone of Twisted timbers (lol) Great video!
According to the website these new trains have only class 4 restraints, so I don't think they'd work as is on the more dynamic I-box layouts with more extreme forces.
Steel Vengeance needs these trains
I don’t know if that’s a class 5 restraint so It couldn’t go on their current coasters or future ones. It would have to be different
The track gauge looks a lot smaller also. And the wheels are way under sized for anything fast.
Hopefully, RMC will have a prototype available at IAAPA 2023 in Orlando FL this November 🎢
This could come to knott's berry farm as a replacement for timberline twister in camp snoopy.
This is a long shot, but i’d love to see this at central park funland in Virginia!
Ohhh.. Maybe Silverwood will get a prototype that RMC can use to sell it since it's just up the hwy from their HQ!
I slightly bigger version of this would fit perfectly where cedar creek mine ride sits over the water and be the family version for kids right next to the best coaster steel vengeance
With the incident revolving Fun Spot Kissimmee’s wild mouse, this would be a great replacement
This would be a crazy new family coaster for CEDAR POINT.
7:11 Cedar Fair should replace all of their wild mice that have one mouse at a time operations with these.
this might be a “success” like the rmc woodie, but it might just be another t-rex
i am hoping to god that Knott's gets this coaster. wether it replaces timberline twister or they remove coastrider for this, i'd be happy. tbh i think removing coastrider for this would be great. the track reminds me of waves so i think it would fit in that section of the park a lot better
I want Disney to replace Primeval Whirl and Goofy’s Sky School with this!
Let’s talk!!!
I’d like to see KI get one. One of the only CR parks without a Wild Mouse, plus it caters to families
I can think of 5 parks in Australia that would genuinely benefit from adding one of these 👀
I think Kennywood would be a great candidate for one of these.
I seriously thought that they would announce the RMC T Rex
Maybe replace the wild mouse at Dorney next to their new ride coming next year.
Am I the only one that wants to see RMCs naming of all of the elements on this?
Kind of giving me a Flashback vibe from SFMM
Bay beach in Green Bay Wisconsin would benefit greatly from it.
I love the current RMC trains. The Gerstlaur trains on IRat and NTG are better, but I still like the RMC trains. The restraints on Outlaw Run and Lightning Rod do come down tighter during the ride, but that's my only complaint. But if these new trains will be even better, I'm all for it.
B&M makes the best restraints for tall people
The RMC trains are way more comfortable than the Intamin over the shoulde restraints with comfort collars. Maverick, cheetah hunt. God those are awful. I'll take the RMC trains any day of the week. I think they are actually pretty good.
They should start making more thrilling compact smaller RMC’s
wild moose
Is there any information as to whether larger guests will be able to experience these trains or are they going to be like their current trains and overly restrictive for riders of unusual size
cool
What do you think about the teasing that SF Great America has been doing in the last week? They posted a TikTok and something on twitter and instagram. They also put up a new sign in-front of the old daredevil dive entrance teasing something new.
Def new thrilling flat!! Sky screamer or discovery
Knotts timberline twister replacement
Oh great idea!!
This is the comment I was looking for haha. That would be so good
I feel like Six Flags will buy plenty of these
I also know Disney has never worked with RMC before but this would be a really cool replacement for goofy’s sky school if they ever took that out.
I bet
Fire in the hole 2 with the splash down
I’ll like to see BGW get one as well some parks (like KI and WOF) get one since they don’t have anything like this
Knobels could benefit
i wonder if it will have good airtime. or at least decent.
Probably need to double bogie the wheels if they want to put those trains on one of the huge coasters
What if that is project horizon at Alton towers 😅😅😅😅
As always I think of my home park of great adventure….what if down the line they replace skull mountain with this or runaway mine train, that would be legit
Don’t replace skull mountain I love it!
They have so much space there they don’t have to remove anything
I made it a point in my coaster count list to make each RMC coaster a "must-do" coaster. Thus, getting to the 25 coasters currently is manageable as a completist. There's no way that I could get to 40+ Wild Moose coasters that will be purchased at mom-and-dad carnival shows in Middle America, South America, China and Egypt. Dang it.
Great Adventure could replace this with Dark Knight I haven’t ridden that since 2008
this right here is the son of beast rmc
It's going to hershey park
It would be good if they could put them on a raptor coaster
No way this is Alton Towers project horizon, however that being said it looks like a great family ride.
What do you do when Zamperla moves in on your territory?
Take over Zamperla's!
C’mon Delgrosso’s Amusement Park (my home park), replace Crazy Mouse with this…please
