Was Uraraka NERFED Too Hard In My Hero Ultra Rumble?

Uraraka received a nerf and buff in the most recent patch for My Hero Ultra Rumble. Her beta (the spin) was nerfed and her gamma (gravity lift) received a size increase across the board. Today I’m going to be playing the new Uraraka and see how the changes affected her. Enjoy!
