I've been researching houses for sale in Bulgaria. Saw your Facebook post on this house. It is a really nice little home. I hope you get someone to move in there to increase your village's population. Love the way you worded the post. Kirilovo is certainly a lovely village for peace and tranquillity. I found that electricity runs about 20-30 levs a month, and the internet is about 20 levs, I wasn't sure if you have village water or a well. I wish you the best of luck in selling the cottage. Hi Ed, we use a well on an abandoned plot next to us in exchange for managing the trees etc on there. Sometimes if you ask the mayor they will let you use one that's on land that hasn't been looked after for many years :)
I pay 70levs in north Bulgaria, but 60 of it is for a boiler. Think about some other type of heating water if you come, I wonder between a solar boiler or upgradeing my house with a fireplace with water that will heat the whole house and the boiler, second option I know is better but I live alone and I am really afraid of it blowing up or smth

So the bedrooms are upstairs currently but, you could make the 2 smaller downstairs rooms into bedrooms, by adding wall to make a corridor. Hoe that helps!
Hi I absolutely loved this this video this house is gorgeous and I personally think its perfect as it is id just work on the garden out much would a place like this cost me now in 2024 I'm currently saving to bay a property out there I'm from Essex in the UK and I need to escape this rat race lol
Thanks a lot :) it really depends on the area, you can get a lot for your money here in the southeast but it gets expensive as you get close to the sea and around the bigger cities.
Hi thanks for for your reply I don't mind not being next to the sea and I prefer not be near the town so a real country side village is what I'm going to be looking for hope you don't mind me asking but how much was this house in the video so I can see what sort of money I will need for what I want because that house is perfect for my needs
@@poacherDan this one is 18,000 pounds, mainly because of the partial renovation work ie already has an enclosed staircase, and a good size bathroom and a kitchen area.

I'm looking for a piece of land in Bulgaria with old ruined houses, but instead of rebuild I think to set up static caravan next to house and living stress free, instead of wasting last years of my retirement for builders, decorators and costs of materials.
By the time you’ve made a static caravan warm enough for winter and cool enough for summer you might as well stay in a building - we had no intention of camping on our house while renovating it but the caravan we brought with us is really only comfortable for a few months in spring and autumn.
@@helendennis7662 In UK people live in static caravans all year around and weather here isn't any better than in Bulgaria. Of course thick insolation is always good idea, helps to save energy and money. But even 10 inches of insulation is quite cheap and easy to install within a week of work.
Hi how are you...if you can talk to bulgaria emigration to make the visa process easy for those who can buy property for up to 50000 Euro..i can give you 100000 customers from pakistan...easily i a year or two... pakistani wants to buy property in europ and bulgaria is best option because its cheap there and we can find good educated people so the can be good for the future exonomy ...
