You can get better flames by using a crouton instead of a sugar cube and lemon extract instead of overproof rum.

I'll have to try this one again. I made it with fiery ginger syrup last weekend instead of just regular ginger syrup and something just felt off about it. I'll be sure to revisit it. Fun cocktail!

@@f2343 Yes, there was supposed to be two dashes in the video. It was crazy hot in the garage tiki bar and I forgot. I noticed it during the edit and almost reshot the damn thing.
