Ackee and fried pork (corned pork) is one of my favorite Jamaican dishes. I don't see it being made a lot here as I would like so I decided to make my own outdoor cooking fried pork recipe with ackee. Ackee is one of my favorite foods and a part of the Jamaican national dish. I paired this dish with some boiled dumplings which is simple and easy to cook. Maybe you will learn how to make fried pork and ackee.

Eating raw open Ackee is not dangerous...in the 50's and 60's never hurt us...We also use the coconut leaves mid bone the one we use to make to sweep with, take one and string the Ackee on making a kabob and roast it on the charcoal then add salt..it w

Putting some butter in makes it pop less, also lower heat helps

Ackee, my favourite food ever!! Love it with dumplings, yellow yam, sweet potato, or even hard dough bread. The only thing Stephen, I don't eat the pork. I have an ackee tree in Florida but the squirrels eat more than I do. BTW yes, do a solo camp out by the river.

He treat the dog with respect, I don't like when people treat animals like people, what happens when that animal ends up around other dogs and doesn't understand how to behave like a dog? I love ackee and saltfish, I have never had it with anything but salt fish growing up in Mandeville, once I made it with fried bacon. I must try it with the fry pork. I also love avocado, I even love the song by Jah9 Avocado.
