I like all their songs, especially New Song from Italian Radio version because of instrumental part is same good as singing, Amandoti from Sanremo performed together with Agnelli,Torna a Casa, La parole lontane official video version (best video I have ever seen), Vent´anni (words are important), etc etc ALL their performances are good.

I admit, as one who is now feeling vindicated in having believed for years that my countrymen here could, indeed, ditch the banal, glizty, over-commercialised schlock they usually make and rock it out if just given the chance, I've been guiltily binge-watching reactions to this song for weeks now. Damiano, the vocalist, has said in a Polish interview that it's a contrast between wrath and the very serious atmosphere/elegance of a theatre. You're not supposed to be angry in theatre. You've missed a very close influence behind this song: Rage Against The Machine (started rapping on rock/metal 10 years before Linkin Park)....in other songs (some ballads) I can hear guitars from RHCP (Chilli Peppers)....other clear influences: Muse (expecially "La Paura Del Buio"), White Stripes (I wanna be your Slave) and some others (Nirvana, Pixies, Husker Du etc.).
They are very versatile: Funk, Rock, Rap, Post Punk, Metal, Ballads etc. All theirs songs are very good quality expecially the live versions (and the covers too) - if only there was a tad more of originality within the music concept (most of I hear is an "original" combining of influences) - but then there is another originality in the artistry and technical approach expecially of the singer (the drummer is also exceptional)...all of them are very well drilled and while some guitar solos are very good - others could be more creative: Coraline is an example...and I bet Thomas is going to improve that in the live versions - some songs are not only performed better live, but the instrumental solo parts are also changed completely. "New Song" is a clear example - the instrumental kind of Pink Floyd psychedelic is totally missing in the studio version.
To conclude: These youngsters are still experimenting - the best is yet to come.

Their songs in Italian like “Vent’anni” , “Torna a casa” , “Le parole lontane” are so poetic , wonderful lyrics , full of sensation , so philosophical, these guys are once-in-a -lifetime experience for most of us 👏👏👏

Thank you for the analysis! I enjoyed it very much, like your reaction to I Wanna be Your Slave. I look forward to seeing more reactions from you! They have many great songs you could react to next, I think La Paura del Buoi, Torna a casa, Moriro Da Re, or their cover of Beggin’ would be great songs to react to next if you feel like it!

Seems me that a difference between us Italians and strangers is that we use by default our hand gesturing to remark or even convey the meaning of what we are saying, while they even when doing it only follow the music.
