How to Clean Boot or Reset the Intermec CN50

i have the c50 model with Deutsch windows version, i want to reinstall English or french windows version, i downloaded 00002877_CN50_Firmware_1.61.15.0063 file , after installation (on x86 computer ) i got a falsh directory on C:\ in witch there is .mbn, .hex and .bin files. what is the next step please??

As a courier for a large NZ company we are reluctantly forced to use these devices in our every day service. Unfortunately these devices batteries go flat after 2 to 4 hours of use!! To claim these devices are state of the art is a joke!! If there is a cure for this problem I would love to know what it is! Until then they are just pieces of SHIT!!!
