I love her laugh! That was my exact reaction during my first ebike ride - 'whoaaa' 🤣🤣🤣🤣
As someone who's looking into getting an e-bike, I found this to be a great primer. Also kudos on a very well-shot and well-edited video.
I have an e-bike trip coming up and have never been on one before. This video was very helpful. Thanks!!
I'm awaiting the delivery of my first ebike this week and this was a nice, informative video on starting to ride one. I'm looking forward to the hill assist due to my ageing, wonky knees!
Thank you for this video. I have an ebike on order and was wondering about a lot of the information you covered here. Good video and good info. Thanks again.
Very informative! Thank a bunch🎉
Perfect Review, thanks
I finally get it. Thanks so much.
Very good video.
I've just purchased my first electric bike. Can I ask why its important to use both brakes and why the front should be doing around 60% more braking. Thanks
I suggest you learn to Love the rear brake and use the front ONLY when stopping while going straight with the rear also engaged.
Thanks for the video! I like your helmet, what brand/where can I get one?
Glad you enjoyed the video! Here is a link to the exact helmets used in the video: www.biktrix.com/products/skyline-helmets

Gotcha
perfect review, have some questions if you can answer please ,
1. does the pedal asist recharge the batery when we use it ?
2. when we use the pedal asist ,without troteling , are we consume the same energee from the batery like on trotell ?
3.is ther any posibility to recharge batery somehow during a trip ?
4 . i have an m5 lcd on my bike and it does not show the real speed , how can i fix it ?
thank you
I will try to help with your questions.
1. No.
2. You use less battery power when you are assisting the motor by pedaling (pedal assist)
3. If you have your charger and can plug it in, yes. Some people get a spare battery which can be swapped.
4. Sorry, I have no idea.
@@TheGunterGlieben THANK YOU
Just look up Kph versus Mph.
It is different than a regular bike for sure
This video is so good. Showed the screen, what to press and how to use it. Then explained when to use pedal assist, throttle, and even explained hub and mid motors. I dont know why ur video is not first when i researched how to ride an ebike. A guy whose title ride an ebike in just 5 minutes just talked. Terrible channel and very receptive.
In five minutes , I've flipped thru 3 ebike tutorial videos, without watching them. Is it too much to ask to have a tutorial without the incessant music blaring in our ears? I think I'll just read instead.
are y'all canadian?
You bet. Born and raised in Saskatoon :P
Where is all the traffic?
This is a section where only bikes and pedestrians are allowed
@@Biktrix Wow!!! It's gorgeous. It's such a nice road....we don't have much like this in the UK. Just a 1m cycle track shared with pedestrians....if we are lucky!
@@greatwestern101 we’re in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The land of living skies. We have about 45km of biking and walking trail along the river!
@@Biktrix Sounds amazing!! I haven't been to Canada since I was 5. That was a long time ago!!!!
Throttle on the left... wtf.
Ever used a snowmobile?
It's because the traditional shifters are on the right, and I doubt you will use the throttle as often as the pedal assist will be more common and works automatically.
@6:20 Shift your gears before you go up the hill Chunky Mama
Thanks for the name calling. Your parents must be proud ;)
@@Biktrix Descriptive, not name calling, snowflake
Rude to the 3rd degree
She's not chunky to everyone
@@BiktrixLol, love it when companies bite back!
