Dear Stephanie with family and friends - Many, many thanks for the absolutely amazing Safariture, I am 73 years old and walking badly, so I never thought I would get on Safari, but that trip made me feel like I was sitting between you (lovely people, I follow closely) - a very GREAT experience, to experience all the amazing animals - and the lovely pictures Michael P. took !! - I'm so amazed that your mother can handle such a long journey. Many warm thoughts to you all Marianne Svea Heimann Kolding - Denmark

I think it's the closest I've ever come to feeling like I was on an African safari myself, almost as if I was riding along in the jeep with everyone, all thanks to Stephanie's filming and Michael Potts' extraordinary close-up photography. What a very special treat, as was Stephanie's comment on the cheetahs circling close by: "If they wanted to they could outrun the Land Rover. They can run between 80-130 kilometers an hour -- just a little bit slower than my mother." Oh my gosh, a good laugh out of that one. Then Gerry's visit from the hyenas. Sure glad he didn't open the door to hand feed them!

I went to Kenya in ‘88 and had the most extraordinary experiences. I had travelled by myself but quickly made friends both with other holiday makers and the staff. I did a three day safari and saw everything you saw except leopard. Having seen them in the wild I can not bring myself to see such noble animals in a zoo or worse still in a circus. They deserve to roam free on endless acres.
Your safari took me back to my safari and my short time in Africa however they say once Africa is in your blood you will not rest until you return. Thank you for taking me back and satisfying my longing to return to Africa.

There is a mini safari in Oregon, and back in the 70's my aunt used to be a tour guide, so these families would drive up to the head office, hire her and she'd tell them all about the animals as they drove through but, there was this camel that fell for her and would go to any car she was in and start lipping and licking the windows...so my aunt changed parfums, soap, shampoo, deodorant, washing detergent and still that insane Camel kept making love to the cars so after innumerable interventions by the park rangers they had to ask my aunt to leave...she was already a teacher so this was some summer fun and for weekends...mast time she went through was with us and it was insane how the camel bounded over to the car out of all the cars driving through and started in on the windshield and rear view mirror...

What an incredible trip to the Bush! You were sooooo lucky to see the leopard! Even as a South African, I have never seen cubs! We were up there at Christmas and saw lions and cubs but, sadly, not my favourite leopard!

Oh my goodness, this was the most amazing video ever! I absolutely loved the splendid scenery, the incredible wildlife, your expert narration and the wonderful people. I was in South Africa many, many years ago and your video took me right back. Thank-you. I’ll be smiling the rest of the day.

This is the closest I’ll ever come to going on safari! I am too afraid of everything to do it in person but I thoroughly enjoyed this Stephanie! You’re the perfect guide/hostess to everything you touch!

What can I say. Fantastique. Wonderful vlog, full of wonder. Thanks so much to Michael Potts for his wonderful shots. Like that is it's interspersed with other shots too. My highlight would be the big cats, I love cats and can well understand the Egyptians fascination with them. They are such individuals no one cat is the same. Bravo Stephanie, Maman, Phillip and Percy. A safari to remember.

Oh Stephanie, Phillip and family , what can I say except that was such an exciting, wonderful, video. You are truly having an amazing time on your holiday in Africa. Just to be there in the wild and so up close and personal with those wild animals and having so much fun, excellent accomodation and delicious meals is so wonderful to watch you experiencing it all. Thank you for sharing your exciting experience with us all. We have been to an open plain Zoo in Adelaide Australia and the same in Canada and that was a wonderful experience but you were lucky enough to see them in their natural habitat which is just SO good. Keep safe, healthy and happy and take care. Your Mum, Percy and Gerald are so much fun and so energetic for their ages so you are lucky to be able share such a wonderful time with them all. Best wishes to you Phillip and them all.

Having been on Safaris in Amboseli, Serengeti and in Sri Lanka I am absolutely jealous/envious in many ways. In Europe we had storms, snow, bit of sun but icy cold and all you hsd was a bit of rain! MICHAEl, i know its your profession, but your photos we absolutely wonderful and as a hobby photographer am, yet again jealous and envious in equal quantities. Seriously, Staphanie and Michael you were extrenely luckt to see all thst you did in the Reserve... Wonderful memories and may yet entice Philip away from mice and hedghogs!
