- Hello😍 In this episode I make American burger(cheeseburger) and I also make burger buns myself!👧
I usually make burgers the American way. with veal and with tomato, pickled cucumber and onion and ketchup, and I always cook the burger buns myself because it is much tastier and fresher. The garden plums are also ripe, today I will harvest them and we will eat some of them in the yard, they are very tasty and mouthwatering! I keep the rest of them in a jar with salt water for the whole year. As always, you will see cute garden cats in this video. And Asal is acting in the video after a long time!
As you know, all the filming, editing and directing of these videos are done by my husband Aran. But recently, he is a little more present in the videos and this is how we show you our real life. In this episode, he does gardening, fixing fences, and preparing the land, and I also plant new seedlings of vegetables and fruits in the ground. We usually eat authentic Iranian food. But sometimes we make famous dishes from all over the world and enjoy them too. Burger is one of those foods(sandwiches).

Ingredients for making 2 Cheesburgers :
Beef meat: 600 Grams
Salt
Black pepper powder
For Garnish: Tomato, Pickled cucumber, Onion, Ketchup sauce
Ingredients for 4 burger buns:
Wheat flour : 5 cups
Yeast : 1 Tbsp
Sugar : 2 Tsp
Water( at room temperature) : 500 ml
Salt : 1/2 Tbsp
Sesame : for decoration

I love all the work that went into your garden 💚 Aran did a great job with the rows and the water to prepare the plants for you 😊 And I think you’re right about a burger. A fresh bun is the only way to do it. Your hamburger buns looked delicious! And the overall burger was amazing! 🍔❤️ I also enjoyed the green plum idea from your garden. Plums can’t grow in this part of Canada (too cold) but I’ve eaten young green apples in a similar way. Except I add salt and dried chillies. Thank you Saina and Aran for all of your hard work to make this wonderful video ❤❤

So today I subscribed to your channel. I find a lot of your videos really interesting and the last one I just saw a few minutes ago you made some beautiful chicken dish with pomegranate seeds which I had to look it up because I didn't know people could eat them and they say actually they're very healthy for you. But I decided to watch this one when I saw that you were making one of my favorite foods and many Americans favorite food which is the cheeseburger. I had to watch. First of all I knew you would make your own buns and they were gorgeous looking. As were the burgers and they looked very tasty. I found the green plum thing very interesting as we don't do that over here but I have a feeling since you put salt on them that that was the equivalent of many of us over here liking green apples. They're very sour but they taste great when you put salt on them, they're crunchy and delicious! 😁
