I'd buy you a cofee here. Going through tremdous trials currently. I believe in honesty at all times. Doesn't seem to serve me well. So it's my adventure? Seems more like an extreme carnival ride that I wish to get off of.

I never thought I could write. I started to get up early ( set my alarm ) write just a few lines. The next day a page. Then three pages. Three pages a day - that’s 21 a week. Then the times I got depressed and couldn’t a voice saying ‘ it was a dream and now you’re too old - give up.’ Then starting off again - a few lines - then a page etc. in this way - I went on to achieve a Masters in creative writing ( Distinction ) all just a few pages a day before 8.30 am. I’m now writing an anthology of poetry for publication. I’m 64 next month. It’s never too late. Small steps. Every day

I wonder if you ever have time to read the comments written by people after watching, listening to you speak..? To see the hundreds of lives you have positively changed or even saved..? Because, for me, no other 'motivational speaker' comes anywhere close to your genius...your deep understanding of how dark life can get-you challenge, then throw the lifeline, but us that needs to grasp it, then climb it (but you do explain how). I love your passion & your direct honesty. You have helped me transform my life. Thank you.

If I could hey more constructive reply than the other reply, I would say that Jordan Peterson is very busy and is currently being persecuted by the mob in Canada, and is threatened with losing his license because he speaks the truth. He does get a lot of positive feedback from people on the street and during speeches that he gives, so yes, he does know that he’s helping millions of people.
The maker of the video and channel probably does have the time to read all the comments. But this is not Jordan Peterson's channel, it's someone putting together clips of him speaking and posting them on CZcams.
Dr. Peterson does read and Listen to feedback from his followers as much as he can. He talks about it. ☺️ He says that’s part of what keeps him going. He hasn’t had an easy road. ❤

Angles of an opinion, that don't build or help anything. They're completely negative and are a waste of energy, they serve no propose but to degrade and destroy. That's not a world I want to tune myself into.
1 get a calendar
2 write one micro goal a day
3 remind yourself that after each goal achieved comes with it that small boost of a win...
4 accumulate enough small wins and look back at what YOU did to
"get it done"
5 remember we are in this together and I want you to know I'm very grateful for you and all that you've done so far and you've earned my appreciation and I'd hug you if I could but now you've gained enough small wins, that little alleviation of stress off your mind too and THAT is a win so how about we start again from #1 and then see how we feel after gaining another stack of small wins.
Greatness is only realized when it's made and witnessed by making small steps but it's no small thing.

I've recently moved into my elderly parents' house to care for them. I have been trying to organize myself into the room I'm occupying. It has too many things I don't need and can't just remove things since they aren't mine. I feel like a hermit crab 🦀 trying to fit in here. 😅
All I can do is consolidate my few things into this space. There's a way and little by little it will get done.

My husband used to say this to me when we were younger (‘I just want to be happy’). I would argue and say - yes but what does that mean? What is your idea of happiness? He’d reply, ‘I don’t know, I just want to be happy!’ I feel validated by this video :)
Be better everyday. Do better today than you did yesterday. Small steps everyday. This is a helpful and powerful to watch!

Going through chemo and i'm still working 10 hours a day(i'm single and have to keep a roof over my head and keep my insurance) I barely get my shoes off when I get home .Motivation is not my problem
I always thought the statement meant I want some quiet and peace away for a while from stress and flux.

I don’t want to just be happy. I want to not want to kill myself daily anymore. Been feeling that way a lot of years. Going to feel that way until I die of old age. Never going to do it but I can’t talk about it because I’ll be committed. It’s not true that if you’ve made a plan and have the means, you’ll do it. I’ve thought of a lot of ways I could end things. No matter how bad it’s been, my family needing me keeps me here. I work way more than full time. Maintain my household financially and every other way. I see why more men commit suicide than women. All this pressure to take care of everything and everyone all the time is NEARLY unbearable. And you can’t stop working to get help. But I’m still here making the best of it.

We are born dependent, tough, but fragile.
We must work right away to learn to eat a new way rather than be fed through our connecting tube from our mom's belly.

We must train our eyes to manage the light that illuminates our vision of tue world.
Life is a painful struggle in itself.
And we grow through that into different phases, learning through change as nature does through generations of other animals like us.

Don’t give up. Find something positive in every day, take a walk or look at nature. It is possible to keep going even when your mind stays behind. It’ll catch up just do the right thing

Im 48 single no kids because I only want to have fun everyday never wanted that BURDEN.. I have had over 200 jobs in my life as soon as you piss me off im GONE!!! My sister keeps asking me to listen to this guy she said hes helped her so much... I getwhat hes saying not for me.. I am not trying to help or teach anybody anything i am a total introvert love being alone.. Most of my travels i go alone. I HATE COMPROMISE.. My poor sister doesn't get why he doesn't inspire me he just doesn't..I have never cared about living for a purpose I dont do goals I live day by day IM GOOD WITH THAT

I cannot tell you what crap motivation videos are. Get motivation, is another way to say FEEL. Instead, try discipline. Get off your butt no matter how you feel and do things because it's long term productive and the right thing to do. You'll be amazed how adult you'll become.
