How to Make Rice Paper Sushi with Any Fillings You Want!

- Tender rice paper sushi rolls are so much fun to make! You can use the same fillings that I am or choose your own favorite sushi fillings.
𼣠INGREDIENTS đĽŁ
đĽ For the pickled carrots
⢠Ÿ cup apple cider vinegar
⢠½ cup water
⢠ž teaspoon salt
⢠2 tablespoons sugar
⢠½ cup shredded carrots
đ For the sushi rice
⢠1 cup sushi rice - or white rice
⢠1 Ÿ cups water
⢠1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
⢠1 tablespoon agave nectar
đ For the rice paper sushi
⢠4 pieces rice paper
⢠1 nori sheet - cut into quarters with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors
⢠4 teaspoons sesame seeds
⢠Ÿ cup chopped green onion
⢠1 Haas avocado - sliced

We have a farm near us and frequently get a bushel box of fresh produce for free during peak packing! It's wonderful but I hate to waste any, so it all has to be processed right away using various healthy techniques... freezing, dehydrating, fermenting, batch cooking, etc., so I have some variety to experiment with! The latest haul was a case of gorgeous red bell peppers, plenty of which I flame roasted, peeled and lightly fermented to improve storage and prevent spoilage. I can't wait to try some of those with this!

That sounds good. I like Suhi and spring rolls. Never thought to combine the two--going to try some later this week after I hit the market. I will have whatever is on sale.
