I don’t understand why she recorded it. Did she think that people would side with her? She needs a new hobby. I think somebody needs to call CPS on her because if that’s how she behaves towards strangers then I can imagine how she is behind closed doors especially with her kids.

I kinda don't understand the sandwich one. She refused her service because she said she wanted onions and peppers?
Yes server should not be in customer facing role. She was ridiculous. So was the customer for threatening to sue her. Both stupid.
We clearly didn't see the entire issue. She started recording after most of the argument, probably so she didn't look like a jerk, but the server would look bad for not serving her. But the server clearly had enough of her by the time she started recording.
The worker in different video explained that the customer wanted 1 whole sandwich, 1 side cold and the other side hot which they cannot do. She then got upset and whipped out her camera. But the good thing is that the worker was promoted to the general manager position 🤷♀️. That would be considered good karma lol.
