  • We tend to think of #businessarchitecture as a discipline that helps us understand how the different parts of the business are assembled and work together - the processes, capabilities, organization, information, value stream, etc. But it can also be used to answer many what if questions, such as what it would take to formulate a strategy. Clarity of thought is what it'll add.
    ------------------
Here's what I can do to help you. I speak on the topics of architecture and AI, help you integrate AI into your organization, educate your team on what AI can or cannot do, and make things simple enough that you can take action from your new knowledge.
I work with your organization to understand the nuances and challenges that you face, and together we can understand, frame, analyze, and address challenges in a systematic way so you see improvement in your overall business, is aligned with your strategy, and most importantly, you and your organization can incrementally change to transform and thrive in the future.
If any of this sounds like something you might need, please reach out to me at dr.raj.ramesh@topsigma.com, and I'll get back in touch.

Congrats! Excellent overview. Very contemporary with the new tech available. This has been my quest too since 2008. How to build strategies upon data. Thinking and talking data. Thanks for sharing your videos.

Absolutely excellent! This video is a key lesson that can get the reality of business growth into the minds of the many. I showed it to project managers in construction to get them out of their old minds sets. Thank you!

Dr Ramesh - Great Videos - Big Fan. How about a big video on how Business Architecture, Target Operating Model, Business Analysis, Capability Mapping, Customer Journey mapping and Service Design hang together - and your view on how such a department should be created, controlled and operated - I am currently contemplating such a scenario. Regards, Dev
