This is our first stop in our 5-night cruise in Greek Islands.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to visit the Monastery of St. John which is one of the most important in biblical site - another reason to go back to the island.

was in there in September 2016 for 5 nights and one of my favorite places on earth. you should diffidently go back and spend a few days going to the cave of the apocalypse and the monastery of St John. we stayed at the resort Patmos Aktis Suites and Spa. it's cheaper in the off-season (early June, late September). lots of nice shops and restaurants in and around the harbour area which you showcased very well.
Indeed! It was a one of the best greek islands. Would love to stay there longer as day tour is not really enough.

Hello Charlie! Yes, It’s easy to go around. You can take the bus going to Monastery of St John and just walk around diwntown. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take the bus and just stayed in downtown. But I highly recommend to go in monastery by taking the bus.

Hey Jeremy, yes it was a prison before. 😊 Now it houses monsteries and beautiful beaches too. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to visit the St John Monastery.
We back in 2000 i work in pass ship ROC i been there that plce for how many times mikonos rhodes island kusadasi istanbol turkey i miss the place where i visit before during my younger days
