It's good but nowhere near the best storyline of the year
This is my first time watching anything to do with ROH, and I was expecting it to suck. Instead, I have been sucked in by an unlikely storyline that somehow works. I love Billie's energy, charisma, and skill. Athena, is someone I would have liked to see get pounded into Oblivion by Martinez.

One hour in. Wondering why there aren't more storylines like this one. Very VERY entertaining.
I'm wishing every week that the AEW women got actual storylines instead of throwing a bunch of them in a ring and calling it a trios match because they're face vs heels. The closest to storylines we have now involve Ruby falling out with Saraya over a crush, Skye Blue being moody (I love her but really it's low effort in comparison) and Shida gets used when they want to build up a title for someone else.
I'm glad for AEW but it's pathetic how the women have been used from the start. If it isn't Britt they don't care about story. Toni Storm built the character and got herself over. TK just doesn't care.

@@PaulReedAlso, if you were actually an honest person, you would realize that the reason the booking was just thrown together matches with meh stories, is because every time someone got on a roll (regardless of division) they got injured. The women's division was hit especially hard by the injury bug. It's hard to have consistent, meaningful stories with dynamic characters when everyone you push gets a horrible injury.

You really need to give TK more credit than that. They were clearly building something there, and now she's with Julia Hart and the House of Black.

Billie is going to win the ROH Women’s title. Her “graduating” and finally turning on Athena was kind of a passing of the torch moment.

This is the story that got me to sign up to honor club.

Anyone who looks down on women's wrestling should watch this. By far one of the most entertaining and interesting storylines going in wrestling today. Billie is fantastic, not only in the ring but her personality and character work as well. Copy/Paste for Athena. And Lexi is fucking hilarious and is so good in her role as well. Every match on this is worth watching, every backstage segment. The work all of them did with this merits them all the props in the world.
That was almost 3hrs of absolutely splendid character work from both Athena and Billie. Kudos to them both. Also Athena vs Ronda should be a stellar match as both of them are super snug in ring.
This storyline is a MASTERPIECE. 🔥

Starks phenomenal at playing an innocent child role and making people feel for her.
Athena done an amazing job playing a role of a strict leader and being a phenomenal Wrestler.

This was exclusively on Honor Club. So, I did not 🚫 know about the Billie Starkz and Athena storyline in ROH.
At Final Battle...Billie Starkz will prove that even a fallen goddess can bleed.

It's time to pass the ROH women's Championship it's time to pass the torch to Billie and Athena moves to the Main Roaster.
Why is that Athena is the ONLY champion in ROH who has to lose her championship to move to TV, while every other title holder is regularly featured on Collision or Dynamite? It's a weak argument and I don't agree with it. You know what I agree with? I agree with Athena three belts, because she's that damn good, and is easily the best wrestler in the women's division, and arguably the best amongst the women in North America.

@@dragowXX MJF has a ROH tag title and the AEW title. Athena doesn't need to drop one belt to have another. People have held two and three belts, simultaneously, before.

In terms of female wrestling this is by far the best storyline I've seen from the ladies in wrestling right now. It's a real shame all of it was hidden on ROH streaming service where most ppl don't subscribe to. It's time to move Athena to main AEW programming on Dynamite, Collision and Rampage next year BC to me the girl is way too good being pigeon holed on ROH for this long.

Thank you for uploading this. I wasn't watching ROH. But I was hearing some buzz about this story. And this does not disappointed. But just one honest question. Some of this story could have been featured in AEW TV. I mean all the other champions are featured there. And from what I am seeing in this, ROH women's division booking seems better that AEW women's division booking
I love those videos! I don't watch the ROH shows because I don't want to spend money haha. But those videos make me able to follow the product even if I'm poor. That's great booking, I didn'T know Starks and she's pretty good in the ring

ROH is not owned by AEW,
ROH and AEW are two separate promotions both owned by Tony khan.
The reason why it seems like like ROH is owned by AEW because Tony Khan want to book ROH & AEW with one roster.
