- The whole family loves this recipe, and it is a great dish to make when you have lots of guests coming for dinner. Once you’ve stuffed the shells and set them in the baking dish, the rest is easy. The delicious aroma will fill the house while your guests are having drinks, and the shells will arrive bubbling hot to the table. Let’s face it, everyone loves baked pasta- the chef and the guests. This recipe also multiplies well, so it’s good for when you’re entertaining large groups. The shells can be stuffed and assembled ahead of time. Grandma was a treasure . . . miss her!
Watching Lidia’s show makes me forget all life’s miseries. Cooking has become a hobby for me, what helps me a great deal to balance my mental/cognitive disability. For that, I will be eternally grateful.
When I was younger, I would help my Italian Grandmother in her kitchen making all kinds of good food. I loved that she shared all her homemade recipes with me too. ❤️ Watching Lidia, brings me back to her kitchen where we made all of her wonderful recipes. I miss her very much ! 😥 Thank you Lidia !! 🥰
