Think of people like Tenma as the energy in the electrical circuit and Fuwamoco being the ground that the energy ends up at and makes the circuit work.
As much as I love watching skillful streamers/gameplay, I love watching streamers that studies and articulate their thought process more. I think that is why I enjoy watching people play Soulslike games the first time so much. Nothing beats watching someone died to a boss, get angry and proceed to say "oh, so boss does a sweep, into a jump, into a stabbing barrage and explosion. So I need to dodge through here, walk to the right here, take distance here and punish with my special here."

FuwaMoco is great. Other than them, of the ones who are good at vidya, Ninomae Ina'nis is wholesome and calming, Korone is adorable and has insane endurance, Bijou is the deez nuts champion. I'd recommend giving their gameplay vods a watch. Kaela I haven't watched much, I know she's probably the most insane when it comes to streaming endurance (considering Korone's history, that's saying a lot), but she's ID so I don't bother watching unless clips come my way. Also, best interaction ever in hololive was probably Korone and Kaela meeting IRL and when Kaela recognized Korone, her first words were "GO TO SLEEP!", to which Korone replied: "NO, YOU GO SLEEP!" (potentially paraphrased, but it was more or less this)
