You definitely made the right choice of getting the green! It's a beautiful pop of color and a contrast to your peekaboo. I also own both, I have a black capucine and a creamy white peekaboo in selleria leather. Since they have a lot of similarities, having contrast colors will make you enjoy and use both bags. Again, the green is gorgeous and ostrich is very durable. Congrats!

This is a great choice. I am glad that you managed to get this colour instead. It is better to get the bag we really really want. In fact I find I prefer ostrich leather in a darker colour and I do agree with your friend. Enjoy!!!

I think you made the right choice. It’s funny because I have 2 Hermès bags in gold color and when I look at them, I don’t think WOW. They are practical but it doesn’t bring the wow factor. BUT I have a mini green Capucine is ostrich and I totally relate when you say it brings you joy. It’s exactly that, it’s special, different and at the same time it’s not really a color hard to style. Anyway. Congratulations on your new bag!!! Ps: I loved that you bring up the resale value, because at one point everything shouldn’t be about it. It’s not something I consider anymore really.
