    What restricted Pokémon are you looking forward to building around?

      I wanted to try mewtwo since it’s my favorite legendary but is so mid😭 everything it could do can be done better by better Pokémon like weakness policy(lugia) and expanding force(calyrex/lunala).
      I don’t know why even bother having it as a restricted besides it’s stats

      Groudon is so good for my sun team. I like being able to use Dialga in my Mono steel team

    Sunny Day is the most broken weather. Always has been. No wonder its even more common now with paradox pokemon benefitting from it.
    Funny enough you could have a team of Torkoal, Groudon, Koraidon and Ninetales and basically always win weather wars.
    It also bothers me how Whimsicott can use Sunny Day but not Rain Dance for some reason.
    I was really thinking to use Kyogre but i don't think it will be any good.

      @KneeckohGaming  Před 3 měsíci +1

      I don’t think a team of Groudon, Ninetales, Koraidon, and Torkoal is winning many battles, despite maybe winning the weather war 😅

      I have been practicing hard with Kyogre+Tornadus, Rillaboom+Incineroar and I was using Chien Pao+Dragonite (still not sure if it's worth it)
      Kyogre with Tera water is terrifying and Destroys so much. I do feel like I want a priority stopper and a good Physical Mon to pair with Kyogre and Tornadus too just in case. Incineroar Knock Off really hurts Calyrex and Rillaboom is used to stop priority psy spam.

      Farigiraf

    I’m gonna look to build Zamazenta for this format. Now I just need to find Incin and Rilla😅

    best 3 restricted so far for me have been Caly Shadow, Groudon and Zamazenta. the first two are kinda no brainers but Zamazenta came outa nowhere for me. I've been trying to make Koraidon work because I love its design but man the necessity to tera so often just makes the whole team run a bit clunkier

    • @KneeckohGaming
      @KneeckohGaming  Před 3 měsíci

      I love that Zamazenta is seeing use because I prefer its design over Zacian! Love my shield-doggo! And yeah Koraidon is a bit clunky due to it being a Tera sink. Same can be said for Terapagos!

    Calyrex shadow finna be a beast with expanding force + astral barrage + grim neigh. Throw it next to an indeedee and you finna kill everything

      Did that and all my oponents throw incin, kingambit, farigiraf on their teams... I think there will be so much counter play... in the end groudon or koraidon will become more usage than caly shadow

    • @KneeckohGaming

      @@charzzzard6653 Idk about that haha Groudon maybe, I don't think Koraidon will

    Koraidon teams interest me the most.
    Also electric seed unburden Sneasler is a demon on Miraidon teams.

    • @KneeckohGaming
      @KneeckohGaming  Před 3 měsíci +1

      The Sneasler idea is something I had not considered but sounds very cool!

    I'm working on a groudon team, and I'm using AV Gouging fire, but it feels really weak into everything except caly ice. I'm running flare blitz, iron head, crunch, and eq. Are there better moves that I'm missing, or do I need to run it setup instead?

    • @KneeckohGaming
      @KneeckohGaming  Před 3 měsíci

      Precipice blades, bulk up, rock slide, protect feels better imo

    • @jeffperson3765

      @@KneeckohGaming Should have specified, that is my gouging fire set. The rest of the team feels strong, but gouging is my problem pokemon

    • @KneeckohGaming
      @KneeckohGaming  Před 3 měsíci

      The issue you are facing likely comes from the fact you aren’t using howl. Gouging fire works so much better as a support Pokémon with Howl to boost your teams attack and breaking swipe to lower the opponents

    Is iron leaves going to show up in this meta?

    • @KneeckohGaming
      @KneeckohGaming  Před 3 měsíci

      I think it will see play for sure with Miraidon! But how relevant it will be, I am not currently sure 🤷‍♂️ it’s kind of a weird one! Definitely unexplored at this point and I’m keen to see what people come up with!

    • @kevinw944
      @kevinw944 Před 3 měsíci

      I cant wait to beat the game and enter vgc for the first time. Miridon teams look fun but im more intrested in trick room Dialga.

    • @zafax947
      @zafax947 Před 3 měsíci

      I saw a reddit post explaining how iron leaves can benefit in some way from almost every terrain so it's a good partner to miraidon where opponents will want to remove electric terrain

    • @KneeckohGaming
      @KneeckohGaming  Před 3 měsíci

      Dialga trick room sounds fun for sure, we were talking about that in the discord earlier haha

    • @KneeckohGaming
      @KneeckohGaming  Před 3 měsíci

      That is definitely true, but all those other terrains were prevalent in the past and it saw no play, so not sure how it will fair now
