"Speaking on behalf of all women, it is not going to happen. We had a meeting."
Hilarious. But, greatly offensive on Penny’s part. Especially because this is the 3rd or 4th time, she has harshly roasted Howard, for not just being an undesirable suitor to women, also being “unreasonable” to Bernadette.
Howard does not want to sign a prenup, if he does not want to. He does (sadly), but I am just making a point.
Best line ever! Lol
I would leave that group of women immediately.
Have some self-respect.
Raj gave the best advice "Follow your heart"
😂😂
Howard should have been remembering he had his mom's house to protect.
It’s under his mothers name, he said it was her house, she can’t touch it,if both sighn the prenup .
Well, a well written prenup will protect both parties and will be signed by both parties.
2:11 Mr. Roper was an elderly man on a TV show from the 70's. Of course he's dead, Raj. 😂
Lots of those shows used to air 10-15 years later in India and I'm assuming a lot of other eastern nations...so he probably thought it was relatively newer show
@@user-jn7bq8wh1e I didn't know that. 😅
It makes sense, since it was mentioned in an earlier episode that _Doogie Howser_ is very popular in India.
People just looked older on TV in the 70s. Norman Fell was 52 when he started on Three's Company. Fell was actually born after Bob Barker. He would've been in his late 80s if he were alive when this episode aired.
Also, howards mother's house will go to him after she passed away. Bernadette will not get the house. Penny is out of line. And she wont due better then Leonard.
Penny is so unlikeable sometimes
Here perhaps more than ever.
Loved Penny telling ,Howard to sign the prenup ,considering his creepy behaviour in the past .
Didn’t Penny end up making more money then Leonard , hey Lenny, would you sign a prenup .
Would have like to know, whst Amy text Penny.
@@christopherbingham5092
You said yourself ,Howard and Bernadette never should have gotten married . Howard was a terrible husband, it was Rajesh and Stuart that helped Bernadette with the babies.
I don't think Penny actually ever asked leonard to sign a prenup
Its honestly crazy how they had to make the freeloader who can't even be a waitress correctly, but because of her looks can be a "great"(because without her looks i doubt shell do that correctly or be successful) pharmaceutical salesperson..Which i think you need a degree for and she couldn't even finish community college. Without her friends she would be a pornstar..
So a person is supposed to be condemned for all eternity for something they did in the past even though they are long past it?
You must be a lovely person to have as a friend.
What about Penny endlessly dating men and doing the walk of shame coming home. That is creepy, too. Also Bernadette isn't all that. She's bossy, controlling, etc.
Prenuptial Agreements should be state law.
The only time a prenup will hold up in court is if both sides pay for their own lawyers to go over it before signing it. Too one-sided or insufficient awareness or even illegal/vague wording can quickly get one tossed aside by a judge.
Whoever has more money wants to protect it. Not a big deal. If signing a prenup is such a dealbreaker to him, then she shouldn’t marry him.
Yep, on the one hand most people will see a prenup request as a "I don't love you enough" or "I expect us to break up in the future" because too many are cynical and jump to the negative. On the other hand prenups generally don't hold up in court any more and are arguably pointless. One of the most disgustingly sexist and unequal things in society is women getting the priority by judges in court. You as a guy can own literally 90+% of stuff in the relationship, get divorced and lose half or all of it, regardless of who initiates it.
So in other words - in a marriage, finances take a higher priority than love. If that's the case, then why get married.
Women frequently marry a 'meal ticket'.
👎😑👎
@@petesevern7638 So, only men get to ask for prenups and women should just blindly trust their husbands? Why? A lot can go wrong in a marriage. People fall in love, sometimes they fall out of love. Some people cheat, and others are abusive. There’s nothing wrong with making contingency plans.
Penny's bulshit is entertaining 😅
It really makes the show look bad that the boys are treated like second class citizens to their gfs.
The fun part about what you said. They’re so freaking intelligent abd they work in one off the be universities in the world. They’re all top of their fields abd much more.
Somehow they’re treated differently. Lol!
But it makes the show very funny abd interesting.
Especially Penny. She doesn’t understand what kind of friends she has. But regular but good friends. Always making fun of them.
But that is EVERY modern TV show or movie. When is the last time you watched something where the men were portrayed as the smart ones?
Well .. we all know the reality is opposite and this is all good and fun in sitcom world.. but in reality men have such egos they would not take this kind of behavior. So… let the girls have upper hand in reel life for your entertainment. Thank you very much!!!!
I don't know man , Bernie was right . Howard's house is not cheap , playing along would have been beneficial to him .
How tf does she make so much more than him,he should be at the top of his career which for engineers is around 120-150k....Plus all the money he should have saved by living with his mother.
Right lol
Makes no sense
Even if she made more his salary is more than enough than the disrespect the portrayed on the show
Halfway in, the show became garbage like that. They changed the female characters into complete bitches who emasculate and denigrate their male partners in the name of comedy. Amy is pretty much the only one who does not do this.
Howard might have invented a widget that made a fortune. He should have been more hopeful that he might create some intellectual property in the future, but Penny was right; Bernadette was the one.
I don't know what a prenup is. 🤔?
It's when before you get married that each person gets half of whatever they own in a divorce that way its clean and no lawyers involved or court cases
2:38
I❤ penny
I hated all the gossip in this show 😂
I think Penny os the luckiest
Her wanting a prenup would have been the deal breaker fun fact with how fucked divorce law is Howard would have lost everything no matter what Bern could have been caught cheating any clause that would have been about that would be waved and another 20% of his assests given to her for even attempting to invoke such a clause
Sounds legit, even a % of my retirement goes to that witch.
That's ridiculous! You can't just waive an infidelity clause… can you?
@@ZukoHalliwell Very easily most prenuptial that favor the man or clauses that favor the men get waived in divorce cases these days usually by arguing intimidation or not mentally capable of understanding the contract they signed
@@michaelkeha That's infuriating!
@@ZukoHalliwell my word of advice if you are gonna get married have literally nothing in your name ever everything you own put in a company or family name same applies to anything you purchase post marriage that you want to keep in the divorce because half of zero is still zero
I just realised how misandrist this show is😂
one thing that I hate abt this show is how the guys always portrayed as useless. u want to make the girls strong is great and all but this is just pathetic.
Agree especially with Howard. In reality he should be the most successful one out of the group. He's an engineer and went to space.
Especially since US divorce laws are so heavily skewed in favor of women anyway that with or without a prenup Bernadette would've still cleaned Howard out, got the kids, house, alimony, child support and that's after being caught cheating!
Dude, it is a comedy sitcom. The point is to make people tune in and laugh. Not too much demand for showing the daily life of Mr. and Mrs. Jones.
I'm a guy. I can see what you're saying, but it doesn't bother me at all. (I also know that the vast majority of portrayals of men and women onscreen are the opposite way.) Why does it bother you?
@@bambesfresserand having men being treated like crap by women is obligatory comedy since when?
Why does he hesitate? Wouldn't he do the same of he earned more?
He was ready to pay his way for sex. So no, Howard wouldn't ask for it
Nah.. women now have come up with the new narrative that ANY SELF RESPECTING WOMAN WILL NEVER SIGN A PRENUP
In marriage, pre-up is necessary. You need protection to your finances, property that you owned.
Are women fine with doing that? if so we have no problems...
Penny's annoying bossy attitude taking over yet again. She should keep her nose out and not tell him what to do.
